Can I pay cash or buy pts. to upgrade to 2-bdrm?

We have a 1-bedroom at the WLV booked August 25-31 and would like to get a 2-bedroom if possible. Without using more of our points, can we pay for the difference? Can we buy the points from someone?? Running out of time, but I would like to get a room together with my sister and DH. They are booked in a room at the WL resort. Any help or ideas would be great!

You could book some nights on points and some on cash (if available). Or rent points from another member for some of the nights. You can't do partial points/partial cash for one night.

Sorry this is a question unrelated to yours. I saw that you just came back from GCH. How did you like it? We plan to stay there for 3 nights around Xmas. Thanks for any input.
