Nope sorry. You have to book a cash reservation in order to get free dining.

No free dining when at DVC unless you booked a room package thru disney. Renting points or staying on your own points-- no free dining.

As the others said, you can't get free dining on a DVC booking, but note that the free dining isn't really free. In order to get free dining you need to book the hotel stay at full rack rate. Often the difference between getting a discount on the hotel and paying for dining or paying rack rate for the hotel and getting 'free' dining isn't all that much.

Technically. Rent a room at a Value resort. Have your actual (vs. Disney-defined) adult child or relative or friend stay in the room. Pay $92 ($82 plus $10 for extra adult) per night plus tax for the room. YOU stay in your DVC unit, but each of you has a KttW for the Value room.

Cost of QSDP per adult is $31.99 per night. $31.99 x 3 = $95.97.
Cost of Pop room is $103.50 per night ($92 + 12.5% tax)
$103.50 - $95.97 = net cost $7.53

Or, you could just pay $31.99 per person for two people to stay DVC with the QSDP = $63.98 and save $39.52 over my "technical savings" plan, or get the regular DDP at $41.99 per person and still save $19.52 over my ridiculous suggestion :teeth: AND not have to bring anyone with you on vacation AND not have to pay for a room you didn't really want in the first place.
