Since some of us may not read the Resort Board as much anymore, I just thought I'd let folks here know that WDW is no longer offering the Protestant and Catholic services on-site. For Catholic masses, the Mary, Queen of the Universe Shrine is very convenient....just a few minutes from The Crossroads Shopping Center.

Pam,

Thanks for the info. Since we bought into DVC and stay at Boardwalk we've been driving over to Mary Queen of the Universe which is a beautiful shrine. I really loved the Masses that we had at the Poly and will cherish those memories. Very sad to see them go away.

Thanks for the info. Years ago on our first stay at a WDW resort the Cont. we were running to catch the monorail to the Poly for Mass. We ran into friends from home making the same dash but our kids were a little disappointed we were going to Mass, they were going to a character breaksfast!! But we enjoyed the Mass it seemed special that in the midst of all this hoopla we found a place to celebrate and rejoice.
