Thought some DVC members would like to read this article on the Disney Cruise Line in todays Orlando paper (8-11).
I also posted this on the other board(DCL).

Thanks:D . I had heard about the Western Caribbean cruise, but I did not know that Grand Cayman was a "tendering" port. It will be interesting to see how things work out there. :)

We did the 7-day cruise in 2000 and I specifically remember tendering in at St. Martin.

You're right Johnnie, we definitely did tender in St. Martin and it worked out just fine.

Thanks for the link. It makes me want to cruise again....my last cruise was 10 years ago and I've been to Grand Cayman. I love that island. We sailed in good weather so we didn't have a "tendering" problem. My best friend is on a Western Carribbean cruise as we speak and I envy her! :smooth:

We did our first cruise ever on the DCL during there first year of operation. I would love to go back but I think it's a few years away. :(
