So what's the likelihood of the Cars building being Cozy Cones? That would be so cool for my DN who is a HUGE Cars fan!

Less than zero.

They are mostly likley going to be the same cookie cutter rooms at all the values.

After I posted I thought was this guy really serious :confused3 , because what do think the nightly rate for them would be.

Realistically I'm thinking maybe $400-500 a night. I'm basing it upon what something like the Tree House Villas go for but adding extra theming

Well, first, I'm not a guy :rotfl2:

Second, yes, they would cost a pretty penny if they were individual cones, but they could always do cones on the outside, kind of like the buckets on the Fantasia building, right? Not as cool as individual cones, but you'd get a similar "feel". Just thinkin' of my nephew is all :)

And, hey, it's Disney. A girl can dream, right?

They're using the shell of the rest of the Pop Century that is already built. So less than zero was pretty accurate.

I concede defeat. I concede that Disney would not build individual cones to sleep in, not for any price. It's not practical or cost effective. I know they are using Pop's abandoned buildings and I know they will be themed a la the other AllStars.

Not meant to anyone in particular, but does no one have a sense of humor anymore? No funny-bones in the house? Oh well, just my sense of humor I guess.

I was wondering about this. Kinda ruins the whole "century" theme with "The Generation Gap" bridge, no?

I like the new theme idea, I just find it a little odd that they are not finishing what they started with one theme.

Pop Century will likely be reconfigured to "Pop Culture" resort and less focus on the century part of the theme and way more on the Pop Culture aspect.

I think the new resort *could* be really interesting if its done right..

We'll see I guess.

Okay. That makes sense.

My friend is annoyed that both Cars and Finding Nemo are Pixar and not "true" hand-drawn animation.

I find it interesting that they are doing Finding Nemo when they've already themed part of CBR as Finding Nemo. :confused3

See, this is why they should do a resort like this and make it Deluxe.
