OKW Studio - Ice??? [Archive] - The DIS Discussion Forums

In a recent post someone mentioned it took a long time (24 hours) to chill pop and juice in the fridge due to the many other items in the fridge. Were can you get ice if you are in a studio? I know the one bedrooms+ have ice makers and BWV, VWL have vending with ice (I believe). But what about OKW?

Ice machines and soda vending machines are located at all the bus stops.

If you use a lot of ice you might want to carry a plastic bag in your fanny pack and just get the ice when you get off the bus on your way to your room, that is what I do and it saves making 2 trips.

I thought it would be a pain to get ice at the bus stop, but it really was no big deal. I like the idea about the plastic bag in the fanny pack.
