I was lucky to be sitting near home plate at Pac Bell Park tonight when Barry Bonds hit his 600th home run, WOW :bounce:
What a thrill!!!!!!
He now joins only three other players; Hank Aaron, Babe Ruth and Willie Mays who have hit 600 home runs. But Barry only took one year to go from 500 to 600 home runs.

I am so lucky to have seen Barry hit his 73rd run last season and now this. :D :D :D

That is very cool! You should write something down on this. It would be very neat to share with kids, grandkids later on one day.

Congratulations.....:D

We saw it, too. During the Braves game, they cut over to Pac-Bell. It was very exciting. There will be a lawsuit over the ball, of course. I think we saw at least two different people holding it up. One of the guys looked a little beat up. That was just sad.

Too cool Golden Gate!! :) :) :)

Barry may not be the nicest guy in the world, and from all accounts he sucks as a teammate with his recliner and big screen TV in his own personal "compound" . .. .

But there is no denying he is one of the all-time greats, and he deserves all the accolades he's been getting the past couple years. . . that was a big moment in baseball history you witnessed. . :) :) :)

What an experience that must have been. It's quite an accomplishment. Nice guy or not, Bonds has really not ever gotten the respect he deserves as a great player.

My dad doesn't like Barry Bonds, ever since he beat Mark McGuire's single season homerun record (My dad is a BIG St. Louis Cardinals fan)

How cool Golden Gate! We have friends with season tix - I can't wait to hear which family members were there! We were watching the A's game (which was into extra innings) & FoxSports would cut over to the Giants game every time Barry came up - it was fun when they were showing both games, split screen!
Love the graphic Olena!
