I suppose the old saying you snooze you loose. Yesterday I checked SWs site and the internet special was a lot less than it is today. In your opinions, should I hope or expect them to reinstate the lower fares sometime soon?
I know I know...I should have booked it when I saw it :(
Thanks

CaptJack,
SW sometimes has a couple of specials going on at a time. There is the weekly specials they publish on Tuesday which last until Thursday (midnite--Central time--I think) and then they have other specials from time to time that usually last for a little longer period of time.
There will be more specials published on Tues, no telling if they will offer your special again or not--I have noticed that sometimes they do offer some of the same cities the following week..
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. :)

if it is of any consolation to you....here is what happened for a planned trip to las vegas....
originally, was going to use a rapid rewards ticket to go, however a couple of weeks ago they came out with a fare for 180$ which i thought was reasonable....well i snoozed on that one and lost it....back to square one using the rapid rewards...
last week they had another internet special ....but this time it worked out to 161$... once again i waffled on the purchase ( even though southwest has one of the fairest cancellationa and refund policies )
well this week, they had a fare to las vegas ( depending on the day you fly ) for 137$ .....we jumped on that one but had to add a week of vacation which we were planning for next year to sedona.....which is no big deal .....just we are going in november instead of jan/feb 2003
so they do continue to add "deals" each week......we feel that 137$ r/t non stop to las vegas is a good rate
