Is GF Sugar Loaf concierge in just one building?

Is it a fact that there are 4 floors only?

Is it a fact that I will only have a choice between pool view or marina view?

Since my husband doesn't like too much noise while sleeping, if the 4th floor (if there are 4 floors) is what is called a dormer room, does it have a balcony and is it a smaller room than the other floors?

Do all the floors in sugar loaf concierge have balconies?

Sorry for all the questions!

Sugar Loaf Concierge is in the Sugar Loaf Key building #6.

Yes, you would have a choice of pool or marina view.

Yes, dormer rooms are on the top floors. They are on part of the 3rd floor, and all of the fourth floor. They are only a little smaller, but they have vaulted ceilings which make them feel larger.

Yes, all the floors in Sugar Loaf have balconies.

All the floors have balconies, but do all the rooms? I didn't think they did.

One room does not, but it is larger and has a seperate sitting area. :)

It's because of the suite next door's roof slope.
