Disney Visa and Free Dining for Fall

Over on the Resort Codes & Discount threads there is all kind of buzzing going on.

Folks who have a Disney Visa are able to book their free dining today. Seems to be about a 30 minute hold time.

This is ONLY for those who have a Disney Visa, the rest of us will have to wait.

It is the Quick Service for Value Hotels and Regular Service for Moderate and Deluxe Hotels. You can upgrade your Quick Service to Regular service for the difference in price.

Aug 15-Oct 2
Minimum 3 night stay and 2 day park passes required.

but must be booked by Aug 14

One, no Disney Visa and two, I will be home before Free Dining begins.

The thread is over 112 pages long that has all the chatter. Thought I'd save us some time trying to read through it.

I have the Visa, but I've already booked airfare for 10/30-11/6 for the cruise. I can only vacation that week ;)

With Little Bit still being considered a "child", the 40% off the room rate works out better for use than the free dining. Once he gets into adult pricing, it's a different ball game.

However, we aren't using the dining plan this time. I didn't want to be tied down with ADR's like the last two trips. I like counter service just fine. Never need to eat a hot dog or hamburger more than once a week at Disney. :thumbsup2


So Holly, any chance you delay your departure any? DH has to take the days off that we are going. We can't go earlier. That and my sister doesn't get back from Ireland until the 29th and my parents are house sitting for her and then traveling to my house to house sit for me. :cloud9: I am so glad I don't have to board the two dogs for that long.
