I was a horrible slacker last year. I started a PJ for our at-home wedding and Disney Honeymoon, and never finished it. I journaled our trip, and I have tons of pictures, but it's been almost a year since we've been back and I wondered if anyone even wanted to see them! I guess I could just post it for us, and for posterity, but I was wondering if it was appropriate. (I haven't been on the boards for a long time because I couldn't bear to be on here when we didn't have a trip planned. Now we're going in January, so I can join in everyone's excitement again! I'm horrible, I know!) Thanks for any thoughts!

So, I got married last year (6-6-09) and it was a beautiful wedding (in spite of a few hiccups the week of, more on that later.) But first, a little bit about us: I am a total Disney nut, and have been since I can remember (my parents got the Disney Channel on cable as soon as it was available for me... I was 2!) My fiance... not so much. But, he loves the Pixar movies, and is getting more and more excited about our WDW Honeymoon (more about that later.) We met online, and pretty much fell in love immediately. He proposed on our 6 month anniversary (we are from the Detroit area and had taken a weekend trip to Chicago.) He tried SO hard to make it a magical proposal, but unfortunately I kinda screwed it up. We went to a BEAUTIFUL fondue place for dinner (Geja's Cafe, I highly recommend it) and the only problem with it was that it was much further from the EL station than my DF originally thought, so we had to walk quite a ways and I was in high heels. Then we went to Second City which was hysterical. We got back to the hotel, and needless to say, my feet were KILLING me so I was a bit cranky and tired. My DF said "Let's go to the Sears Tower" (do you see where this is going? I had no clue!) and I said, "I really don't feel like it right now.. can we chill out for a bit?"
DF: "Ok, but let's go tonight" Well, I don't remember exactly how it went, but I was annoyed, and my feet hurt, and I was cranky, and he was being SO insistent that we ended up getting into a bit of a fight.. and during said fight I said something like.. "you know, when you're like this it seems like you doubt our relationship!" And then he sat up on the bed and said, "Come here" and he pulled out the ring! And I looked at him and said, "Shut up!" And he said "will you marry me?" and I said, "shut up! Are you serious?!" Needless to say, not the magical proposal on top of the Sears Tower that it could have been... just my luck! So, anyway, I cried, and said yes, and then I said, "can you please get down on one knee and ask me again?" So he did.

Let me give a little bit more background... When we first got engaged, I really wanted to go to WDW. I brought it up a bunch of times and DF always said no. (Even though I am a huge fan, I have only been to the World once, and that was 10 years ago!) He kept saying that he would maybe go once, when we had kids. Anyway, we had at first talked about going to Croatia for our honeymoon, because my family has a house there, and DF has never gotten to go out of the country (except for Canada, which is so close to us it doesn't exactly count as leaving the country!) I wanted to go too... But the closer it came to reality the more freaked out I got about it. I have lots of family there, and I love to go. My mom usually lives there 6 months out of the year. The problem I had is this: My dad died 3 years ago from colon cancer, and he is buried in Croatia. He was there when he passed away. My brother and I went to visit him when he was near the end, and he passed away a week after we left. None of us could be there for his funeral because they do things much more quickly there and even if we could have gotten flights, we would have missed the funeral. So, I haven't seen his grave yet, and I didn't want the first time I saw his grave to be on my honeymoon.

Anyway, after we discussed that, I felt really bad for denying DH his first chance to go to Europe and I told him he could pick where we would go for our HM. He started thinking about an Alaskan cruise, which I was excited about since I've always wanted to go there too. DH came home one day and said "I've been think about alternatives to an Alaskan cruise," and I perked up and said "Disney Cruise?" and DH said "um, no." That was the end of that conversation. However, a couple days after that, he said "So, I've been looking into this Disney Cruise thing..." I was SHOCKED! I couldn't believe it! DH said that I should know he researches everything, and I shouldn't be so surprised, but going on all the reactions before, I never thought I would get anything close to Disney! Anyway, after further research, we discovered the buy 4, get 3 nights free deal. DH and I talked and realized we couldn't go somewhere where all we did was lay on a beach. We like to DO stuff. So, I told DH that if he found anywhere else that he wanted to go more than Disney that we could do stuff and get as much bang for our buck, then we would go there (all the while I had my fingers crossed for WDW!) and lo and behold, he booked Disney!! I cried when we officially booked the trip. And for the Valentine's Day right before the wedding he surprised me by upgrading us to the GF with the Platinum Package! (this intro was shamelessly copied from my aborted PJ!) :lmao:

Anyway, on to our wedding. We were set to get married in my church (which is a Croatian Catholic church, Croatian being my family's nationality.) Unfortunately, The Wednesday before the wedding (we got married on a Saturday) my priest called and said "we have a problem..." My heart stopped. See, DH is divorced, but his first marriage was only a civil ceremony, he didn't get married in a church. His ex wasn't Catholic, and neither is he, so it shouldn't have been an issue, right? Well, apparently the Catholic church does not recognize civil marriage ceremonies if one of the party is Catholic, but if neither of the couple is Catholic, then they do recognize the marriage. Yes, I know, it made no sense to me either. So my priest, (who knew about the divoce, obviously, but failed to file the proper paperwork until right before the wedding) informed us of this 3 days before our ceremony and said "We can't marry you in the church, because your fiance needs to get an annulment and that takes a few months. When you get an annulment, we can perform the ceremony then. 3 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING!!!

Needless to say, our response was basically "Screw you, we'll find somebody else to marry us!" My FIL is a Lutheran Pastor (he was newly ordained at the time of all this) and we asked him to perform the ceremony and of course he said yes. We changed the ceremony time from 12 to 1, called everyone we could get a hold of, and told them we would be getting married at the reception site (which was outdoors.) Needless to say, it was chaotic! If we hadn't have been trying to please my mother by trying to have a Catholic ceremony in the first place, we would have asked FIL to do the ceremony originally, but we were trying to do the proper Catholic thing. That has totally gone out the window now, and I haven't been back to my church since.

Another lovely hiccup was our tent. There's a pavilion and hall at the ceremony site, but we had too many guests to use the hall for the guests, so they were seated outside under the pavilion and tent. I had gone to reserve the tent a few months beforehand, and said "I need to reserve a tent for my wedding." No problem, right? Well, it was Thursday, and I arrived at the reception site to do some prep work, and wait for the tent to be delivered. Well, they start to put up the tent, and... it's a yellow striped tent. Yes, yellow. Of course, I flipped out. I called DH and told him to go to the rental place and figure out what the &$)%@! is going on! He said that the rental place said I had never specified a white tent, and so the yellow stripe was the default tent. I didn't even know they offered anything but white tents! All of their pictures had lovely white tents and I said "tent for a wedding." Who in their right mind would take that as "a yellow striped tent!" They had also sent me yellow walls! Well, they didn't have any more white tents, but they did replace the wall with white walls with windows.. So at this point I had no church, a changed ceremony time, and a yellow tent. Yup, I was majorly stressing! The day of the wedding was completely beautiful, though. I think all of our bad luck was used up during the preceding week! My cousin went to the church to tell any guests who didn't know of the changes to go to the reception site for the ceremony. The ceremony was gorgeous. My 2nd cousin (who was also a bridesmaid) is a trained opera singer, and she sang "Ave Maria" which was gorgeous. My FIL performed the ceremony, and everything went off without a hitch! I'll post a few of my favorite wedding pics next.

Well, we got married on June 6, but we waited 2 weeks to go on our Disneymoon! It was a crazy two weeks, but we were finally on our way! My mom drove us to the airport (Detroit Metro) and we were supposed to leave at 7:30 am. Of course, our flight was delayed and DH was a bit grumpy about it, but I wasn't about to let it start our honeymoon off on the wrong foot, so we tried to make the best of it. It turned out to be a bit of good luck though (as you'll see later!)
Waiiting in the airport..

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_1462-Copy.jpg

Anyway, DH had decided to get a car service for us, and we were kinda nervous because we were late. DH had called the company when we found out we were delayed, and they had said to call them when we land in Orlando.

So we waited for our car, and I had to take pictures of the ME and DCL buses because I was getting SO excited! (Not that we were doing a cruise, but hey it was something Disney!) :)

SO exciting! The driver said that since our flight was delayed, the Town Car we had reserved wasn't available, so they sent the Escalade Limo!

Here's some pics in the limo, I'm so excited I look crazed!

It was really yummy! DH had the sauteed shrimp app. and the roast beef sandwich on ciabatta bread. (sorry no food porn pics, but I did remember to take some later on in the trip, of desserts, mostly!) I had the crab cakes, and the NY strip steak. DH had key lime pie for dessert (his fave!) and I had lemon cheesecake.

Here's my first glowtini! (I had I don't know how many of these on this trip, and I forgot every single one of the darn Glowcubes! I was so mad...

Here's some pics of the room, including a towel hidden Mickey! (another thing that made me "squeee"!)

The GF is SO pretty... and I'm glad you liked the flowers, too! I did the girls' bouquets and my bouquet out of silk flowers. And I love bright colors, especially blues and greens so it was a very easy choice of color scheme. It's so nice that you noticed, and I appreciate your appreciation! :goodvibes

Your wedding was soooo pretty!! I want to use that same color for my dresses! The last minute changes would never have been known by those photos!! I can't wait to see more of your pictures and hear your stories.

Aw thanks! I'm glad you like the colors. (If you liked the dresses themselves they were separates from Impression Bridal in turquoise.) I was so happy with how bright they were! Headed off to a Detroit Tigers' game with DH in a minute, so not sure when I'll be updating, but it won't be later than Monday and it might even be as soon as tonight! Thanks for reading!! :)

Well, after a very eventful weekend, it's time to continue this absurdly late TR! Day 2 was wonderful (is and day at Disney not wonderful?) We started out the day with a room service breakfast, which was very yummy. We then headed off to EPCOT, and we got to ride on the front of the monorail!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_1657.jpg

We got to EPCOT before it opened because we had a SEGWAY tour scheduled! It was way too much fun. We had like a SEGWAY boot camp where they taught us how to ride them (much easier than it looks!) There was a mini obstacle course where we learned how to navigate hills and turns and of course how to get on and off! Once we were steady we got to ride around the World Showcase. It was so cool to see it so empty! Our tour guides were very nice and informative. The park opened during our tour, so it was definitely interesting trying to dodge people in the park! Here's a few pics:

We look like such dorks in our helmets! :P

After the tour we had lunch at Coral Reef! I had the wild mushroom lasagna and the butterscotch creme brulee. (I love creme brulee, and I vowed before this trip that I would try as many flavors as possible!) DH had the grilled Mahi Mahi and the chocolate wave for dessert.

After lunch we headed over to Typhoon Lagoon for the afternoon. I loved all of it, but especially the wave pool and the lazy river. Although, I did skin my knee on an embankment in the lazy river, and I still have a mark from it!

After heading back to the hotel and drying off :) we went to one of the dinners I was most excited about; Cinderella's Royal Table!!! I was SO happy to be going there!! It was great. The food was amazing, of course, and it was just so nice to be eating in the castle! While we were there a couple got engaged, but of course I missed it because I was in the restroom. DH told me about it when I came back. Their table was right by ours, though, and I heard the girl say "Can we get the bride and groom Mickey ears?!" It made me smile. It's moments like that that just make WDW so special. Every feeling you have there is magnified. People dream of going there, and I feel like the luckiest person in the world even just walking around the park.

Anyway, we walked in and waited downstairs, so of course we had to take some pics while we were waiting...

When we got upstairs, our table had been decorated with castle confetti! I was so excited! (I said that a lot on this trip)

I got a wand and DH got a sword. :) We each had the prime rib for dinner, and DH had to pretend to use his sword to cut it. :lmao: He's too funny. The spring roll appetizer was really good too, and DH had the BLT salad, which he liked. We both had the cappuccino creme brulee (SOOO yummy!) for dessert.

We also rode Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, (which is so much fun in the dark!) did some shopping, and then walked into one of my absolute favorites (I have many favorites!) Mickey's Philharmagic! :3dglasses I absolutely adore that attraction. Although, IMHO, I think it should be called Donald's Philharmagic! :rolleyes1

Then, completely happy, we headed back to the GF to get a couple hours of sleep.

Day 3 (Monday) was also DH's birthday!!! I have to admit, I was SO jealous of him getting to spend his birthday in WDW. My birthday is 9 days after his, and I felt it was SO unfair that I'm the huge Disney nut, but his birthday was there and not mine! Yes, I sound like a whiny baby, but I don't care! *stomps foot*. I kid, I wasn't really that bad! ;) We went to Key West after the Disney part of our honeymoon, and we celebrated my birthday down there. I kept telling DH that we just should've switched birthdays!.

Anyway, we had a very early reservation at Crystal Palace, so it was back to the Magic Kingdom for us!

After breakfast, we hung out at the Magic Kingdom for a while. We did the Haunted Mansion (one of my faves!) and Peter Pan's Flight. (I LOVE Peter Pan! One year for Halloween I dressed my youngest nephew as Peter Pan, my youngest niece as Tink, my older nephew as Captain Hook and my older niece as Wendy!) Then we went over to the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, which was great, and then did Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.

To Infinity, and Beyond!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3799.jpg

We walked around ToonTown and then stopped to buy some ice cream. I went over to the vendor while DH sat down. I picked out our ice cream, and went to pay for it, and the CM said, "Well, since you just got married, it's on Mickey!" It was awesome!! It made my day. I went back to where DH was sitting and said, "Mickey bought us ice cream!" It was especially nice, because my dad always used to buy me ice cream for a little treat when I was a kid, and since he passed away, it had been a while since somebody had bought me some. I know it's just a little thing, but it was SO sweet and it reminded me of my dad, that it really made the day extra special. Here's a pic of me eating the ice cream Mickey bought us:

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3800-1.jpg

We went and waited to get a picture taken with the Tremaines. (Well, I waited to get my picture taken with the Tremaines, DH wasn't that into them. ) They were SO funny though! They asked to see my ring, and then judged it "adequate for the amount of time you have been together." I couldn't stop laughing!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3802-1.jpg

We went back to the hotel room for a nap because we were so tired from the night before. When we came back to the room we found a towel animal! Yay! I was so excited to see a towel animal, I really didn't care that I wasn't quite sure what it was... Elephant? Anteater? Dog? It's so cute it doesn't matter!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3809-1.jpg

Dinner was fabulous. I had the calamari and DH had an amazing Artisan cheese appetizer. I had the surf and turf for dinner, DH had the lamb and tiger shrimp. Everything was delicious! For dessert I had strawberry shortcake (they wrote Happy Anniversary on the plate, but I didn't care. It was a celebration of some sort, right?) :)

Ok, I have to interrupt the TR here, because my DH is awesome! We were thinking of going to Toronto for our anniversary weekend for a little trip. We were going to make it a long weekend and live it up a bit. We were discussing our options of what we wanted to do, and getting ideas. DH did some figuring, (he's the good at math part of our relationship) and said, "Well, for a couple hundred dollars more, we could go to Disney for a few days..." I freaked! I didn't even know this was an option! We're still planning on going in January, since we're going with friends, and DH said if we buy an annual pass it would give us a discount on the hotel for this trip, and then we wouldn't have to worry about park tickets for the January trip! AAAHHHHH!!! Is this MY DH talking? The one who when we met said, "maybe we'll go once, when we have kids..." Trust me, I'm not complaining, I'm overjoyed!! I'm falling in love all over again! We should be booking tomorrow, but I couldn't help myself and I already added a countdown ticker...

Anyway, I will be going to a soccer tournament with my nephews this weekend, so no more updates til Monday. I hope everybody has a fabulous weekend!

Day 4 (Tuesday) started out with a character breakfast at O'Hana. I was very excited about this breakfast because of Pluto (naturally) but also because I love the movie Lilo & Stitch, so I was looking forward to seeing them as well. And of course Mickey was there too, and who doesn't get at least a little excited about the Mouse? Breakfast was VERY yummy, and we took pics with all the characters as they came around.

Here's the view out of the window by our table. (Hello, GF!)

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3823.jpg

DH, ready for breakfast (Can I tell you how excited I was that he was wearing his ears? :goodvibes

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3825.jpg

Mickey came around first.

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3827.jpg

DH was getting into having his pic taken with the characters, which was so cool! I had to take a pic of my Mickey waffle. It was really good, but I felt bad about eating a waffle that looked like Mickey's face... But then again, I had no qualms about the Mickey ice cream sandwich!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3829.jpg

Then Pluto came around! I never got to go to WDW as a kid, but I don't think I could've been any more excited, even I was a kid! My best friend commented on these pics "Hooray for a five year old's dream come true!" Here he is admiring my ring. :cloud9:

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3830.jpg

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3831.jpg

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3832.jpg

Here we are with Lilo:

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3834.jpg

And Stitch!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3835.jpg

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3836.jpg

So, soon after taking her picture with us, Lilo was walking around the restaurant. DH and I were eating, when all of a sudden we heard a huge "thunk!" We looked over and Lilo was lying on the ground struggling to get up! Stitch rushed over to her side and helped her up, and when she was safely on her feet she made a little curtsy, so we knew she was ok. DH and I started laughing hysterically (we're evil, I know.) We finished our breakfast, and then headed over to EPCOT.

So, we went over to EPCOT, and our first ride was Mission: Space. (Yes, we rode the orange side. We're no wimps! We both love roller coasters, and we go to Cedar Point in Ohio at least once a year. It's coaster heaven! But, I digress...) We wandered around Future World for a while, until it was time for lunch. (I swear, sometimes I think that all we did on our Honeymoon was eat! But then, WDW is definitely the place to do that..) We at lunch at Le Cellier, and of course, we absolutely loved it. Our server's name was Brendan and he was too much fun! We found out that he was from the Canadian side of Sault Saint Marie (for you non-Michiganders there's a Michigan side as well.) We go to Canada a lot, since it's very easy to get to for us.

Our awesome server, Brendan.

Anyway, we had an awesome lunch. I had the Tomato Stack and DH had the cheddar cheese soup, and then we switched halfway through. Both were amazing!

My yummy tomato stack!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3841.jpg

We also had onion rings and poutine (did I mention we had a late lunch?) along with our mushroom filets. I mentioned to Brendan that I was so excited to see they had poutine! He said he was so excited that I knew how to say it! (Another tip for you non-Michiganders and/or non-Canadians: it's pronounced pooh-teen) I had the maple creme brulee for dessert, and DH had the s'mores. Brendan brought them out on the same plate with candles!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3843.jpg

We went to the Nemo pavilion and I thought it was cool, although we didn't get to do Turtle Talk with Crush. Definitely want to try that one next time! We also used our fastpasses for Soarin', which I loved! I've always wanted to fly... :cloud9: Anyway, we wandered around the World Showcase, and we were going to try to drink around the world, but then it started to rain pretty heavily. We tried to wait it out, but it didn't let up so we decided to head back to the hotel. We were exhausted from EMH the night before, so we figured some relaxing time before dinner wouldn't be a bad idea. We got back to the room and found more towel animals!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3847.jpg

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3848.jpg

Once again, no idea what they are, but they're cute, darn it! (I don't know, am I just bad at the towel animal guessing game? Is it really just me?)

Anyway, after some much needed rest and relaxation, we went to Citrico's for dinner. It was very yummy, but I was so stuffed from breakfast and lunch I couldn't really finish my dinner, although it was very good. Of course, I definitely had room for dessert, though! I had tiramisu, and DH had lemon cheesecake. We also got personalized menus, which was so nice!

Here's the restaurant, and our desserts! (cheesecake is first, tiramisu is second)

After EE we went over to Dinosaur! While we were in line, I asked the CM where I could find a sparkly temporary tattoo that I had seen on someone while we were at Typhoon Lagoon. I asked where they had gotten the tattoo and they said AK. Anyway, the CM didn't know, but she asked us to wait while she called someone to find out. We waited for a few minutes, and she not only told us where to find the tattoos, but she handed us Fastpasses "for making us wait!" It was so nice! I love WDW... So, after Dinosaur! I got my tattoo, and we went back to the GF to change before we spent our afternoon/evening at Downtown Disney.

Yes, the tattoo does make an appearance! :) Citrico's was SO yummy. About Mission: Space.. I LOVE roller coasters, but spinny rides make me ill. I know Mission Space spins, but I found that if I focus on the screen I actually feel like I'm flying in space, rather than spinning around. You feel the g-forces push you back as you're taking off, and then you feel like you're floating in space a bit. It's definitely intense, but a lot of fun!

We went to Fulton's Crab House for dinner. It was AMAZING. I had the King Crab Claws and they were SOOOO good!

Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying it. No idea how Lilo fell down, we just heard the big "CLUNK" and she was on the ground! It was a really good breakfast, though, I definitely recommend it. :)

:rotfl: I'm the same way... My DH often looks at me and asks, "How old are you again?" any time I get overly excited about something Disney. I can't in all honesty accept the compliment about planning the outfit color.. I don't ever plan stuff like that out! But, I am glad that you thought I was that slick..:cool2:

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3935-1.jpg

Of course, we headed straight to Toy Story Mania. I got in the standby line while DH went and got us FP's. DH and I LOVE this ride! It's really just too much fun. Even the queue is fun, because there's so much to look at!

This is so cool, because I totally had this ViewMaster disc!

And, we had another bit of pixie dust sprinkled on us... We waited in the standby line, and when we had finally gotten into the ride vehicle, a CM ran by us while we were waiting to move and said, "Congratulations!" and handed us two fastpasses! It was so cool! (We were wearing our Just Married buttons.) :) It made our day! We went over to grab fastpasses at Tower of Terror, and then headed back towards Sci-Fi Dine-In, since we had made an ADR for there.

DH had the ribs too, but he had chili for his appetizer, and apple cobbler for dessert. I can't remember what I had for dessert, but I think I might have had ice cream...

Hi! Our schedule is looking great!! I've finally stopped tweaking (for the most part:rotfl:) and it's pretty much set! The only little thing, is I'm checking for a cancellation for Crystal Palace for before the park opens for Monday 6/7. Right now we have 9:10 am, but we'd love to get in around 8-8:15. It's our very first character meal together! Lots of times they'll have cancellations close to travel date, so I'm optimistic!

Where are you staying on your anniversary trip? We are staying at WL, club level, and are sooo excited! I've stayed there once before, and I can't wait for DH to stay there. We are doing the deluxe dining plan, and trying a Signature restaurant each night of the trip. We're doing Cali Grill for our arrival night/anniversary dinner, Narcoossee's, Artist Point, Yachtsman Steakhouse, and Jiko! We can't wait! Our other ADR's are Whispering Canyon, Les Chefs de France, Crystal Palace, The Plaza, Yak and Yeti, and 50's Prime time! We just can't wait. I actually got sick on the plane ride down to Orlando for our Disneymoon, and was sick practically the entire time :sad2: It was horrible! Poor DH, I don't know how he didn't just pack up and head back to NY because I was awful! I was so upset to be sick and just wasting my whole honeymoon :sad1: We NEVER thought we'd be able to afford to go back for a long time, but we got a 40% pin, and when I called the CM was able to extend it to dining as well! So we got a massive deal! :woohoo::banana:

Tell me alllll about your anniversary trip!!!!!!!

OMG your trip sounds like our Disnyemoon with all of that good food! I think all we did was eat on that trip... I'm sorry you were sick on yours, that sucks. :( But, at least you'll be making up for it this time! It sounds like you'll have an AWESOME trip! I haven't been to all of those restaurants, but Narcoossee's is one of our favorites! Also, Crystal Palace is a great character breakfast, that was our first character meal too! DH and I are definitely making this a budget vacation, but since we didn't think we would be able to go at all, I don't care, because we'll be at the World!!!! :dance3: We're staying at Pop Century, and we've never stayed there before, so I'm excited! We'll be getting there Friday evening, the 4th, and heading to EMH at Magic Kingdom :cloud9: Ah, I LOVE me some MK... *shakes self back to earth* Anyway, Saturday we're going Epcot, I believe, and we're planning on drinking/eating around World Showcase, because both times we tried that last time we got rained out! :sad2: Sunday is our actual anniversary, and we're doing DH's favorite park (HS) and my favorite park (MK again!) We have ressie's at 50's Prime Time during the day, and then we're going to Narcoossee's for our Anniversary dinner, and hitting EMH at MK again! I'm so excited, because Summer Nightastic starts that day, and we'll get to see the Main Street Electrical Parade!!! Monday we're tentatively doing DTD (just to have a relaxing day) and then we have a ressie at Kouzzina at the Boardwalk, since we didn't get to see the Boardwalk at all last time, and hitting HS again to see the Summer Nightastic version of ToT. Tuesday is our last day:sad1: but we're hitting Epcot in the morning again, and then saying goodbye to MK. We're also gonna celebrate our birthdays at the same time, since DH's is on June 22nd, and mine is on July 1st, so we'll have Anniversary buttons, and Birthday buttons! (I'm so darn excited for those buttons!!) *whew!* I think I'll be calling this our "Short but Sweet" trip!

OH YAY!!! Your trip sounds awesome!! We love budget trips. Our first trip to WDW was a budget trip, we stayed at ASMu and had the best time. Pop is AWESOME! I stayed there for one night before a POFQ trip and it was super fun. Make SURE you try the tie dye cheesecake in the food court. It's to DIE For!!!! SO GOOD! Instead of having regular graham cracker base it has red velvet cake! I die!

Ok so get this....We're eating at Narcoossee's at the same night!!! Sunday 6/6!!! We have a 7:10 pm ADR and then we're going to MK for the first night of Summer Nightastic!!!! Maybe we'll see each other!!!!!! SO crazy! I've never had the pleasure of meeting another Diser.

Anyway back to your trip. Kouzzina sounds soooo yummy. We love that whole Boardwalk area. Yay for drinking around the World!! We're planning on doing that as well! Can't wait! On the list are Grey Goose Slushie, Rosa Regale, Bellini, MARGARITA FLIGHT at La Cava del Tequila! YUMMM!!!

Edited to add: I just wanted to say that it's really smart you're staying at a Value. We have stayed at Deluxe, Mod, and Value now, and we have found NO greater value at the Mods over a Value. We find the Values have better transportation for sure. We also don't mind about the hot tubs or pool slides. We would only stay Deluxe or Value for a budget trip.

AAAHH! That's so cool! Our ressie is for 6:55! I've never gotten to meet another DISer either! I know I'm going over on the exclamation points, but I don't care, that's just too cool. (Oh, FYI, in case we do run into each other, I am now a brunette.) We've never been to the Boardwalk, so I'm very excited about that. Although I am the hugest Disney fan I know (outside of the DIS) I only got to go to the World once before our Disneymoon, when I was 19. (I'm turning 30 this year.:sad1:) DH only went once when he was about 13, so we discovered SO much last year. Plus, we knew a lot because of the DIS, but it was so great to see everything in person. Now we're going on this trip, and planning on taking another in January because DH is getting his Master's Degree in December! I think DVC is in our future... ;) But, the best part about all this is that DH was never a Disney fan! And now, he is falling in love with the World and I couldn't be happier! Of course, he justifies it by saying it really is a great value because of all the stuff there is to do there.. but I think he really did get bitten by the Disney bug! (at least a small one. That, or maybe he just got sprinkled with extra pixie dust while we were there last time) :goodvibes

I think it's fair to say that he has been bitten by the Disney bug! I can tell by his amazing grin in all of your pics!! SO funny that we'll be dining at the same place at virtually the same time! Crazy random! We normally take only one trip every other year (this year it may be two in one year though with the surprise trip I currently have booked!). SO COOL that you think DVC may work for you guys in the future!!!

Ahhhhhh!!! Ok I spill!!! Soooo basically last year was possibly the hardest year we've ever been through. 10 days after our honeymoon DH lost his job, and then things just went bad! My grandma got sicked and passed, I had to take a leave from work to help my fam....Major badness! In that time when my grandma was sick and dying was poor DH's 30th birthday. I wanted SO badly to be able to do something really nice for his 30th. He never gets a big fuss made for him, or anything. So I felt so bad I couldn't do anything. His birthday is Novemeber 18th. We went to Disney our first trip in November 2007, and did MVMCP. He LOVED it! He is a HUGE Christmas nerd! So basically I started thinking, hey his birthday falls on a Thursday, we could do a long weekend trip (3 nights) and do MVMCP! So I started playing around with ressies on disneyworld.com (ASMu, Pop, etc.). About 2 weeks later or less I got the 20/30/40 pin for my dates!!! NO WAY!! So I called and booked! I got the WL CL in a honeymoon suite for like $1800 with meal plan! Then I heard from close friends that they stayed in a HM suite in WL and it was not very nice. I've been reading tons on the GF so I decided to just call and see what rooms they had on my PIN. Well sure enough they had a King Deluxe room Royal Palm Club!!!!!!!!!!! It all came to $2400, which I think is totally great! It all comes down to how much money I can secretly save til then....I hope I get to do this for him! He will CRAP!

The plan would be to take a really early flight from NY to Orlando on Thursday November 18th. We would check in and hang out in the resort, etc. Then we will hopefully head over to MK for our first night of MVMCP! I'm trying to get CRT for 5 pm so we can eat in the castle. I think he will love that on a MVMCP night.

The next day would be another hang around the resort and chill day (maybe DTD). We would do a second night of MVMCP on this night.

The next day is up in the air!! That would be for DH to decide! We could do EPCOT, DHS, MK or AK...Up to him!!

Then sadly we would take a realllllly early flight the next day. Right now the flights are $79 each way but I'm too scared to book. We'll lose so much money on the canceled airfare if God forbid we have to cancel...AHHH!! Brain overload!!! :rotfl:

We came back to the hotel, and found more towel animals! (:lmao: the banana's funny, because I made banana pudding for dessert today! I kill myself...)

After a lovely rest at the good ol' GF, we went back to Epcot.

We headed back towards World Showcase to drink around the world (again) and.... we got rained out. Again. :sad2:

So, we went back towards Spaceship Earth, and actually went on the ride. I really enjoyed it! Then, we went to the character spot, and took some pics. :)

By the time the rain stopped, it was just about closing time, so we went back to the GF to have some *ahem* other kinds of fun.. :thumbsup2 (Hey, it was our Honeymoon, after all.. ;) )

AH! You ninja posted! OMG, that sounds like SUCH a good time!! I'm a big Christmas nerd too, so that's like a dream trip! See, what I would do is go ahead and book the flights on Orbitz (or whatever site it is that gives you money back if the flights go down) and then I'm sure however much money you can save by then there will be SOMETHING you can book... But then, I'm bad like that...:rolleyes1

Gotcha. I totally understand where you're coming from, in that respect.. Well then, the prudent side of me (which doesn't come out very often, you should feel honored ) says that you should save as much as you can, and then cross your fingers and hope for some very awesome last-minute deals in airfare and in WDW pins. I'll cross my fingers for you too! And, I'll send you some pixie dust to boot! pixiedust: I love pixie dust!

p.s. I can't take credit for the "ninja post" I saw it on another TR (hucifer's, apparently she's been on here forever, and she's totally hysterical!) and I loved it so much, I shamelessly stole it. There, I confessed. I feel better now.

Day 7 (Friday)

Well. This one is a hard one to write, since I think this might have been my favorite day of the trip. (Although, it's really hard to qualify that, since the whole entire trip was completely, magically wonderful.) We started the day by waking up early, and heading over to the Kona Cafe at the Poly for breakfast. I absolutely HAD to try Tonga Toast after hearing so much about it here on the boards. For me, it totally lived up to the hype. I fell in love with its sugary, banana-y goodness!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3961-1.jpg

DH was really happy with his pineapple macadamia nut pancakes, too. I think we'll have to head back there for breakfast, even though we have no plans for it now.

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3963.jpg

After breakfast, we went to Epcot for.... the Dolphins in Depth Tour!! I have to say, I think this is the thing I was most excited about. I am a total animal lover, and I have ALWAYS wanted to be able to touch a dolphin. I have a dog and a cat at the moment, and I had horses in the past, and I swear I would have a menagerie if I could... Sorry for rambling, but suffice to say I really, really love animals! :dogdance:

Anyway, we went to Epcot, and got to go in a little bit before park opening. It was cool to walk around "backstage" with nobody there! It was a small group (there were only five of us) and we got to tour around the tank where the dolphins are, and on the other side of the same tank is where the Coral Reef restaurant is! It was the coolest thing! We got to go into the The Seas Pavilion, and sat right up front when they were doing the dolphin training demonstration. After that, we went back to the tank and changed into wetsuits (yay ) and got to go into the tank! We walked on a platform into the water, and it went up to about our stomachs. The CM's kept saying, "The water's so cold!" but it was actually about 70 degrees. Well, for us Michiganders who are used to frigid cold lakes in August, it felt like bath water!!

They showed us some tricks the dolphins knew, and we got to do the commands that made them do the tricks. We also got to pet them quite a bit (which was SOOO cool! They feel kinda like hard boiled eggs, but not slimy.) They're just like dogs, if they like the way you scratch them, they lean on you! I have to say, I was definitely on :cloud9: ! Then, my absolutely absolute favorite part.. We got to take our picture with one of the dolphins!!! (His name was Malabar) They only print out the picture, it's not even an option to get it on a Photopass, so I had to wait for DH to scan them in. I had a lot of questions for the CM's but my main question was, "How do I get your job?" The CM who was with us said that she had trained animals in other parks, and her educational background was actually in psychology. (Something to think about.. :) ) They gave us a TON of information, and we also watched a video about conservation and why it's not good to try to pet or feed dolphins in the wild. Plus, we got t-shirts, and when they found out we were on our Honeymoon, they gave us a Magical Moment certificate with the dolphin's "signatures"! I almost cried. So... (drumroll please....) Here are my favorite pics of the trip!!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3974-1.jpg

And then we went back to the GF, where we hung out by the pool. We went to the room to get ready, because we had to shower and change for one of the most amazing evenings of my life... Dinner at Victoria and Albert's. We knew this would be a once in a lifetime opportunity, so DH and I savored absolutely every minute. It was heaven. Everything was SO amazingly delicious, that I can't put it down in words. It was perfect. We were treated like royalty. As I said, I can't even put it down into words, because words do not do it justice.

And then, after more magic than I thought could fit into a day... A little more pixie dust was sprinkled upon us. We went down to the dock to go on a Wishes Cruise. I love Wishes, and i was SO excited to see them from the lagoon! There was supposed to be another couple joining us, but... (here comes the pixie dust) they didn't show up! We had a private Wishes cruise!!! Without even planning on it!!! I never would have expected it after already having the most wondrous day ever, but there we were, on a boat, on the lagoon, with nobody but our awesome cruise pilot. He was SO entertaining, and we went around the lagoon and Bay Lake, and he kept telling us little bits of trivia, and little stories. He was so great, I had to take a pic of him!

Hey Everybody, yes I am back, but unfortunately we came home to cleaning up a flooded basement. :( So, we still have a bit to do, and a busy weekend ahead, so I will have to finish this next week. I will be starting another TR after this one is done about our anniversary trip, so I hope everyone is looking forward to that one too. I know I am! :) Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!

Aw, thanks! Yes, the clean-up is finally done! I lost SO much stuff... It really sucked. I made my DH throw away all the books that got ruined, because I couldn't bear to do it... :sad1: However, it's just stuff, in the end, and I know it could have been a lot worse. Anyway, there's only a little bit left of this one, so I'll see if I can bang it out between today and tomorrow. Day 8 (Saturday)

Our last day at Walt Disney World. We started out the day by walking around the good ol' GF, just soaking it in. We also had a couples' massage at the spa, which was SO nice! It kinda helped ease the pain a little... but not much.

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3948.jpg

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3949.jpg

We then went over to the Contemporary, where we were supposed to go parasailing (which is something that I have ALWAYS wanted to do) but we couldn't because of windy conditions. :sad1: Although we were disappointed, we weren't completely heartbroken because of the sheer awesomeness of the rest of the Disneymoon. So, we had breakfast there instead, and then trekked over to MK to do some last-minute shopping and to say goodbye to Cindy's castle. Gosh, so much sadness in this post already!

After wandering around MK and absorbing all of the Disney magic that we possibly could, we decided to have a Dole Whip float before we left. (Which I had never had before! Shocking, I know!!) It was SO yummy!! I totally became an addict and I was SO sad that I hadn't had one before then!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3951.jpg

As we were walking out, I took a few parting pictures of my favorite castle...

And then we were gone.... On our way to rent a car and make the long drive down to Key West.

It is so hard to see your stuff get ruined, even if it is just stuff :( But like you said, at least everyone (animals included) is alright.

I can feel the sadness in your last post :( The last day of any Disney vacation always goes by so fast and it is so much worse for a Disneymoon because that is the only time you will get to have that vacation. Your pictures look wonderful and it looks like it was nice weather (except for the wind of course). I have never had a Dole Whip either, but I hear that they are fantastic! I will look forward to reading your new TR now that this one is coming to an end.

Well, the Disney part of our Disneymoon is now over... :( But we did have a bit more fun. :) We got to ride in the awesome limo (again!) on the way back to the airport, which is where we rented a very cute blue Sebring convertible. :) We started the drive down to Key West, :drive: and of course we had to deal with a crazy thunderstorm!! (So much for the top down!) :p

Check out these clouds!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3955.jpg

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3972.jpg

We decided to spend the night in Miami, as it's about the halfway point between Orlando and Key West...

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3973.jpg

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3977.jpg

Now, I have to tell you. I was not very impressed with Miami... I don't know exactly why... But it may have started with the hotel. We stayed at a Marriott. Now, I know it's not some ridiculously prestigious name, but, a Marriott is a big chain and I expected at least a semi-nice hotel. Well, the building itself was very nice, but... our bed didn't have any blankets! Is this normal in Miami? There were sheets... but no blanket. I called down to the front desk for more, and they said they would send somebody up. When they got to our door they said, "Sorry, we're out of blankets, here are some more sheets." Really? How can you be out of blankets when our room didn't have any?!?!! How can you be out of blankets at all and still call yourself a hotel??! So, we had to layer sheets on the bed to sleep with. Now I know it's warm in Florida, and yes, it was summer, but how can there not even be one blanket in a hotel room? Not even a thread of a blanket. Not even one of those quilts or bed covers that there usually is in a hotel room. Just... sheets. I thought longingly of our gorgeous room at the GF (complete with blankets!) and sighed...

So, DH and I decided to head out and explore a bit, since it wasn't quite bedtime. We wandered around and then decided to go to Miami Ink! (I used to watch that show all the time.) Then DH said, "you should totally get a tattoo there!!" I thought it was an awesome idea, since I've wanted a tattoo for a while. We got there and I saw *gasp* Garver!! He's such an awesome artist. It was pretty late when we got there, but the guy at the counter said they could do something if we had any ideas. So, we went to this little internet cafe that was a couple doors down and I printed out a couple graphics. We went back and then they told me the news: I wouldn't be able to tan or swim for 2 weeks!! And I said, "Um, I'm on my honeymoon and we're going to Key West tomorrow. Swimming and tanning is all I'm going to do there." So, we left Miami Ink with no tattoo. :( And, for some reason, I took absolutely no pictures there. I don't know what I was thinking. So, another disappointment in Miami. (Not that it's really the entire city of Miami's fault that I couldn't get a tattoo at that point in time, but I have to blame somebody and Miami was a prime candidate because of the whole no blankets thing.)

After the Miami Ink debacle, we went to the Hard Rock for a late dinner and some drinkage (which was very much necessary at that point.) Then, we went back to the hotel to sleep. With no blankets.

Day 9 (Sunday)

We woke up pretty early the next day, and left the Hotel With No Blankets. (I have decided that that is now its official name.) It's an absolutely gorgeous drive down to Key West, so of course I took some pics. :)

DH at the wheel...

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_3997.jpg

When we got to our hotel, we had a very nice room, but there was absolutely no view, and it was kind of... anti-climactic after the gorgeousness of GF. DH had planned a private cruise for my birthday (July 1st!) which was SO incredibly romantic, but after we talked about it, we decided that it would be a better use of our money to upgrade our hotel room. We were at the same hotel, but our extra moolah allowed us to have this:

So, after upgrading our room, DH and I decided to go explore Key West a little bit and have some dinner before turning in for the night. I didn't take many pics at all, but we ended up having dinner at Margaritaville, so here are some pics from there!

Now, I am not a ParrotHead or anything, but we have a bar here in Detroit called the Old Shillelagh which I love. There's a band there (Black Mist) that has been playing there for a really long time. I've been a regular there since I was of legal drinking age (my brother introduced me to the place, and to Billy Dixon, the singer of the band) and I love it. Billy even came to my wedding! The funny thing is is that it's an Irish Pub (as if you couldn't get that from the name) and nobody in the band is Irish!! Billy is Scottish (which is how my brother got to know him.. We're huge Glasgow Rangers fans, thanks to my brother's best friend who is Scottish) Phil the guitarist is Italian, and Jerry the other guitarist/harmonica player is of Polish descent. :confused3 Anyway, the reason for all of this explanation is that when we go there we get to sing lots of awesome drinking songs, and of course Margaritaville is one of them, which is why I really wanted to go there!! End of crazy long OT explanation. :)

After walking around downtown we really got to feel the vibe of Key West which is just.... chill. I don't think anyone is every in a hurry to get anywhere there. It was great, and just what we needed after the hustle and bustle of WDW. (But of course I still love Disney better!!) ;)

Day 10 (Monday)

We decided to start that morning off in a very lazy way, and we layed out by the pool for a while. I'm not a complete sun worshipper, but I have to tell you, there is just something so delicious about laying outside in the sun and having the heat penetrate right down to your bones... *sigh*:sunny:

Anyway, we back to the main drag in Key West (it just seems weird to call it a downtown) and we ate at an awesome little place called Caroline's for lunch. For some reason, I have NO pictures from there! Grr. Anyway, we checked out the beach, and drove around a bit..

Day 11 (Tuesday)

This day was a bit more of a tourist-y day. We slept in, and took it easy in the morning. Then, we went to the aquarium! It's just a little aquarium, but it's cute. Part of it is on a pier and you can go out and feed the fish. They have conch shells there (which I only now found out is pronounced "konk") and I can actually make them make a sound! (I don't know why I so proud of that. I'm very easily amused) :lmao: Here's some pics from the aquarium:

Here's DH by a boat by the aquarium..

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_4055.jpg

After the aquarium we went to lunch at Sloppy Joe's! It's supposedly the place where the actual Sloppy Joe was invented, but I think there's another restaurant fighting over that title too. Still, it was pretty cool to be at the "original" Sloppy Joe's. ;) Of course I had to have one, and I have to say it was pretty darn delicious!!!

This is also the place where I was introduced to the frozen Rum Runner.... and can I just say; YUM!!! What's also cool about Key West (especially Duval Street, which is the main drag) is that you can just walk around with an alcoholic drink in your hand and it's legal!! So cool! Plus, they have those frozen alcoholic drinks down to a science... Perfect consistency! :thumbsup2

We also went to the Pirate Soul Museum (which is SOO cool!!!) but I don't have any pictures from there because it's a museum and they don't allow it. They have very cool stuff though, and if you ever get to Key West I recommend you check it out!! After this eventful day it was time to go back and enjoy the hotel roo- I mean, swim in the pool. :rolleyes1 ;)

Day 12 (Wednesday)

Well, this was our last day in Key West, and it was also my birthday! We decided to spend the day at the beach! We went to Higg's beach, which is not the main beach so it was less crowded. I got to bake in the sun and read to my heart's content! :goodvibes The water didn't look very clear because it was a very windy day, but the beach was still beautiful!

The cute little beachside restaurant where we had lunch...

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_4128.jpg

After we left the beach we decided to do a last little bit of sight-seeing and had to take our pic by the southernmost point sign...

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_4137.jpg

The rest of the day was spent by the pool (again!) :) and then we went out for the night, but I forgot my camera!!! I was introduced to another amazing drink though... Sweet tea flavored vodka mixed with lemonade!! It tasted just like a regular Arnold Palmer!!! Key West is dangerous, alcohol-wise...

Day 13 (Thursday)
Time to go home... :( We woke up early in the morning, and got ready to make the long drive back to Orlando... I took a few final pics of the view from our balcony since I realized I hadn't done so yet. It was a beautiful view!

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_4001-2.jpg

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_4006-2.jpg

http://i474.photobucket.com/albums/rr109/jkunce/Wedding%20%20Honeymoon%202009/IMG_4011-2.jpg

On our way back to Orlando, I was driving, and we had the top down... And... I was speeding. Kinda. :rolleyes1 Ok, I was speeding quite a bit... And we ended up getting pulled over :confused3 and the cop was very nice, but he told me I was definitely speeding. :guilty: He asked for the license and registration, so I gave them to him and told him it was a rental. He said, "A rental? Are you on the rental agreement to drive the car?" DH told him I was, but the policeman couldn't find me on the paperwork. I told him we were from out of state and on our honeymoon. He looked at us with a very frustrated expression and said, "Well, this would just take way too much paperwork. Please slow down." and he went back to his car!! I was off the hook!! :cool1: After my brush with the law, I decided to take it easy, and thankfully we made it back to the airport in one piece. When we checked in for our flight, they told us that it would be delayed due to bad weather in Detroit. As in, delayed until the next morning. So, we shopped in the Disney store in the airport :) and grabbed some food and ended up spending the night in the hotel at the airport. We got up the next morning and finally headed home...

Well, my friends, here we are, at the end of this ridiculously late TR... I'm happy :) and sad :sad1: at the same time. I'll leave you with my favorite pic of DH and I from the trip. Thank you all for reading and hanging out with me. This TR has been so much fun to write, and I hope you all join me for the next one!

With Love,
Joanne

Hi Joanne!
I am glad that I got to read the last of your TR, although I am sad that it is over - I will have to wait for the Anniversary TR lol Key West seemed like the perfect way to end your honeymoon - it is much more relaxed. The pirate museum sounds really cool, I have never stayed in Key West, but it sounds great! That last picture of the two of you is really great - you both look so happy and like you are having the time of your life!

It is good to hear that your drama has subsided some and you are alright.

Hope to read about your anniversary trip soon!

Ah! DPIC and I will be dining at Narcoossee's this time and can't wait! I'm hoping our view at BLT will be of The Grand, then at least I can stare at "home."
