First timer to HH

Hi All,
Just added a couple of nights at HH to the end of my Sept. WDW trip. We are two adults traveling with no children. What are the not to be missed activities/sites/events? Is there a schedule of events for September? If so where and how do I get hold of it? I've heard talk about a shrimp boil, would love that. Or any food related activities. We also like nature and photography. So I know there must be a HH expert or two (or three....) out there. Thanks in advance for your input.

Tiggr33, We too added a couple of nights at HH to a mid Sept. WDW trip. (Our first as DVC Members). Like you, we are two adults traveling with no children. We plan on heading up I95 for as far as about ten days will take us. I will monitor your thread for information seeing that this is our first trip to HH and the east coast.
