Oh my goodness am I ever excited!!! Anyone familiar with Butler's Pantry made by Lenox China? They are some beautiful dishes that I have recently discovered, see this link for a peek: (but the best part is yet to come).

Anyway I aplogise for rambling, but I am just too excited....I discovered the factory that makes these fine dishes right here in Italy! The best part of all of this is that the prices are dirt cheap!!! For example, a set of four dinner plates cost $67.99 at JC Penney, but at the factory it was only $12!! Can you imagine that. They also have products for Tiffany and Co., Crate and Barrel as well as Lenox and a few others I can't remember. An unbelieveable find that I just had to share.

WOW!!!

Now you'll need a new china cabinet to hold all of what you'll be getting. lol :)

Personally I'm partial to Chinet when I entertain - but good for you! Finding a bargain can be so exciting. Be prepared to take orders from your friends in the States.

oooh....I remember that as the stuff my niece picked out (2 years ago) I think that was going to be her everyday china - can't even remember what her formal china is like, because I like this one so well.

MerryPoppins, the factory is located in a small town called Nove, it is about 1 hour from Venice.
