We're scheduled on the seven day Eastern Caribbean cruise, leaving on November 16. My daughter will be celebrating her 7th birthday during that time. Any suggestions for special things I might be able to request, or things that may be done to make it a great day for her? If so, who would I make the requests to?

Our ds had a birthday on the Magic. Make sure you notify your waiter ahead of time and you'll get a birthday cake at dinner. You should also get a birthday pin from the head waiter (we had to remind him of this). We told our room stewardess and she made a special towel animal 'celebrating' the birthday. In oceaneer club, they sing happy birthday and if I remember correctly, my ds got a special sticker to wear.

On a different cruise line, my dd got an ice cream sundae 'party' with her age group and the kids director picked up a pinata in port and let the kids have that filled with candy.

Be sure to let everyone know that it is her birthday!!! Not sure what you are looking for but what about a special basket waiting in the room when you arrive - From: Mickey, Minnie or other favorite character... I am sure Shirley at http://www.theperfectgift.cc would be able to put together something just for you... also I believe DCL will decorate your stateroom for a fee... now where did I see that... hmmmm:confused:
