Quick question re. car hire

I'm sure i read on here somewhere that DVC members get 10% discount with a certain car hire company - I can't find where I read it though and can't remember which company!

Can anyone enlighten me, or did I dream it!!!

If you make your reservation through MS, they can generally get a very good rate from National. They will book any car company you like and search for good rates. However, Disney has a "deal" with National and gets very good rates. I'm not aware that we can get any discount booking directly. The Disney Club does get 10% off from National.

To be honest, I have always had better luck finding the cheapest car rental rate using the internet and rental sites - such as Alamo, Budget, Hertz, National, Avis, etc. Orlando Car rental deals and steals as well as coupons are outlined at www.mousesavers.com.

I agree, check others. Next week we're getting a mini-van through Dollar for 10 days for $41/day. About $200 less than National's rate with my DC discount. Found a great code on www.mousesavers.com.
