I ordered these from oriental trading Circus stickers (http://www.orientaltrading.com/ui/browse/processRequest.do?demandPrefix=12&sku=9/1030&prodCatId=388760&mode=Browsing&erec=0&sp=true&Ntk=all&Ntx=mode%2bmatchallpartial&N=388760+1252&tabId=1&requestURI=processProductsCatalog&sd=12+Make-A-Carnival+Sticker+Sheets) and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to make a background for these, I was thinking photopaper would give the kids a chance to move the sticker before it set....... any ideas?????

Do you want to make a permanent picture out of it like for a scrapbook page, or do you want them to be able to play with them? Glossy photo paper might work, if it's the former situation you seek. If the latter, then I would try a glossy placemat or cardboard covered with contact paper.

"Undo" will get them off most anything.

When I purchased them they said they were a sticker scene, so I was thinking that they would be able to move them around on a scene sheet but they are just stickers so I want to make a background sheet as sort of an activity for them to do.

How about finding a carnival picture and covering it with clear contact paper?
