DVC hardcover book

When I was in the process of buying into DVC last year, I received (by mail) a wonderful 48-page hardcover book. Many of you probably know just what I'm referring to.

I love the convenience of zipping through the book when I want to compare point charts, etc. It's so much easier than finding my way around the binder, although the binder is a terrific source of lots of details.

I'm wondering if anyone knows whether I would be able to ask for or buy the updated version of the book.

I can't see why you can't ask your guide for one. We didn't get one earlier, because they were not available when we purchased, but I asked for one to give to some friends, and was sent one. I am wondering if we can get a new binder! Mine is worn out from so much use!

IF you're a member, you should have received the updates along when you got the Vacation magic. If you have failed to keep them, MS can get you what you need.

I believe you are talking about the hard cover book you get when you are a prospective buyer, not the hard-cover binder you get as a member and in which you insert updated pages. I tried to get an updated hardcover book last year and was informed it was avilable only as part of the promotional package that goes to prospective buyers. So I asked them to send me the promotional package and they did. Don't know if that will work again.

does anyone know where i can get the binder? not the hard cover book, but the bidder with the removable pages. we lost ours during a move and i had ask MS to send us one and they said they would like into it. but it's been a couple months.

Why don't you just have somebody you know request information from them. They'll send them the book and they can then give it to you.

When I requested info in October 2000 they sent me the book. So I'm sure they still use them.
