It's different every year depending on bookings.. You could try getting an entertainment rate at S/D, Hard Rock and PFB. In 2000 the onsite WDW resorts DID offer AP rates. Last year they had a few "last minute" offers with AmEx. Who knows this year? LAst year I think the onsite deals were rare because PO was closed and CR was filled from SOG being rehabed.

If you want a deluxe, your best bet will be Swan or Dolphin. Not technically a Disney hotel, but still a great place to stay. If you are nurse, teacher or any government employee, including retired, you can stay for $129.00/night. That's about half off. Entertainment rate is comparable.

You are obviously aware that Easter is one of their busiest weeks and is considered a Holiday week. Having said that, we stayed at the AKL Easter 2002 for $169.00/night, Savannah view. Our bell man said that virtually every room in Orlando was booked for the week. So even in a slow year, rooms are in high demand for that week. Good luck!
