One way car rentals

Who did you book your car hire with to keep the cost down on one way rentals?

We need to pick the car up in Las Vegas and then we can do one of two things, keep the car till we fly home from LAX, or drop of off when we get to SF, then pick up a differnt one when we leave SF and keep that till we fly home from LAX.

i wanted to rent a car from lax to tucson and no one rents a one way between those two cities.

We used Enterprise for a one way from Anaheim to Las Vegas. I think there was a 50 fee for one way rentals though.
