How fast do you get papers?

I called 7/30 to make my addon--it was put in the system 7/31 and I have already used the points--but I have yet to see the FEd Ex man! Should I be worried? It's been a week. I don't remember how long it took last time. Plus school starts back up in 3 weeks and we are in and out all the time. If I have to sign for it, I may have missed it.

I received my add-on papers in exactly one week. (Just mailed them back yesterday.) Hope yours arrive soon! :)

(I did not have to sign for them--they were waiting for me when I got home!)
