I noticed on ebay there are tons of meal vouchers being auctioned. Is this not the same ones you can get from connections? Where else can you get them from? I can't believe the prices people are paying for these. I would like to get some for our trip and haven't looked into them but surely don't want to pay someone who I am unsure of nor pay those high prices when I know I can get them less. These people are hardly saving money for what they are getting. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, these are the same vouchers that can be purchased through Connections. Often people will pay much more than they are worth for them. Although I have only purchased through Connections, I think there is one other program tht sells them. I'm not sure of the name, but something like Simple Escapes comes to mind. I wish Disney would offer them directly through mail/phone order from DIsney Club or something, but until they do I will keep my Connections membership (I often use the other benefits as well).

I don't understand how the connections rebate works. If you
purchase a $10 Hardrock gift certificate do they charge you $10 or
do they charge you $8. Anybody familiar with this????

I ordered the Disney breakfast and quick lunch/dinner vouchers
on 8/2 and received them today 8/7. I also ordered other certificates but they did not come yet!!!

They charge you $10 and then after 30 days, they rebate you $2.

The average Q&C on Ebay goes for about $15 each.
If you use them wisely that's still a deal if you don't want to join Connections.
I too wondered why people would pay those prices on EBAY. But if that's all you need are the vouchers and not a membership it's not exorbitant.
The 8 vouchers I used on our June trip saved us over $200 which justified keeping my membership for next years trip.
The "trust" thing is another issue.
I myself joined Connections and use the other Benefits they offer to offset the cost of the membership. So far so good.
