New to boards & package change question

Hello! We're leaving for our trip in 2 weeks - staying a CBR. A first for our family.

My question - I need to alter my reservation and the phone number 407.939.7675 has not been working! Am I crazy, or is there someplace else I can call?

Try calling 407-939-7500 .

Keep in mind that if you are changing a Package (room/tickets) then there will be a fee to make changes.
