Parking Pass

I know check in is at 3, but can we stop by and pick up our parking pass for the parks before then? It'd be nice to get there early and play a bit before checking in.

You can check-in early, we usually check-in around 7:15AM, and get your parking pass even if your accommodations are not yet available.

Sometimes you get lucky and your site will be ready. We usually get there around 10-11am, check-in, unhook the car and drive in to see what our site looks like. A couple of times we were not happy with the site we were assigned so we had time to go to the desk and get our site changed. Most times we are in our site by 1pm.

Better yet, just call the front desk to get reassigned. I was told a couple of alternate sites I could have and since I was still in the loop I could look at them while on the phone and choose the best one.

They will text you when your room is ready. We just did that in March and it was great o get checked in earlier and receive a text when the time arrived. :)

I thought the official check in was 1 P.M., but we always have been able to check in a couple of hours early.

Check in for campsites is 1 PM and 3pm for cabins. We almost always check in early and get paper work and passes. We even get our campsite about 1/3 of the time.

Thanks, everyone. I am a lot less stressed now. :) We've never camped OR stayed at Disney before (well, once in a cabin as a wee one many, many moons ago :D) so this is all new to me. We're going to be in a tent on a partial - I am so excited! :cheer2:
