Rooms 5020,5520 & 5522

I think i got those right. We're going on the Wonder 8/25. Has anyone stayed in any of these rooms? We are a group of 12, 4 per room. Unfortunately, we did not get adjoining rooms. I read on another thread, that the 5th level is relatively quiet, although we have 3 boys and SIL has 2, so kids aren't an issue. But I was just wondering what the rooms were like. They are apparently category 10(??), if that sounds correct.

If I remember right, you may have lucked into the "secret porthole" rooms--they have an obstructed view, but are the ONLY category 10 rooms with a porthole at all! So you are paying for an inside stateroom and getting a window! I would check out Dave_from_Marietta 's site to be sure.

I wondered about that. Looking at the floor plans they aren't an inside stateroom, and are along the exterior of the ship. However, the life boats reside just outside the rooms. I'll look into that porthole issue. Thanks...

We were in room 5522 on the wonder a month ago right now. It was a great room! There is hardly any obstruction at all, and no noise from the kids club. Id take it again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in 5020 this past July and loved it! The location can't be beat and we hardly had any obstruction at all. Enjoy!!

Getting the portholes was a really nice treat. I wasn't fond of the claustraphobic thing of being in an inside room. But since it is a treat from my inlaws, who was to complain.
