How is the Courtyard?

Hi Everyone,
I could not resist the $25 offer at The Courtyard by Marriott. I reserved 2 nights for my daughter and her boyfriend. My husband and I will be staying at The Caribbean and it will the first time in a long time we will be at Disney with our daughter.
By the way, I was amazed when I called the hotel, there are many nights available at the $20.02 deal too! Just not the 2 nights I was looking for.
For any one who has stayed at this hotel, what are your general thoughts about it? For that price, it's not fair to be too picky but I wouldn't want it to be really rundown...smelly or dirty etc..
I've seen reviews for the hotel in the past, but I can't use Search right now. Your opinions will be appreciated!

I stayed there last year - for $25/nite for 6 nites. To be honest, I missed the 'Magic' and was glad it was only $25/nite.... I would NOT pay more than that to stay there again. Otherwise, the staff was nice, the room was clean, and we could see DTD from the room, so really there was no complaints. I'm sure you'll like it!

As long as this hotel is clean and the service is decent, it's a great deal.

Stayed here in May 2001 for $18 night with priceline. We extended our Sept 2002 vacation by 2 nights when the $20.02 price came out. We really liked this hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and had a balcony. I really enjoyed the balcony first think in the morning. I would always wake up first and hang out for a little while looking out at the pool. The room was bigger then either POFQ or CSR. IMHO you can't beat this hotel for this price. I think your daughter will be happy with this hotel.

Thanks for the replies! I feel much more confident that our daughter will enjoy her couple of nights at the Courtyard. I'm looking forward to being at Disney World with her again, it's been too long!

What is the $20.02 deal? Is it deferent from the $25 deal? Why are they giving such incredible prices anyway?

The $20.02 deal is available by calling 1 - 800 - 223- 9930. It is for Sun - Thurs, must be paid at the time you call, and it non-refundable. I am amazed, but they still have some nights available at there rates.
I can only speculate why they offer these good deals. Maybe, it works to their advantage because they fill the hotel on Fridays and Saturdays due to offering these great prices for the other nights. People stay there who would normally stay elsewhere and maybe they will return. I wonder if lots of people reserve at that low price and don't even show up.
It's a pretty great deal!
