Help! Looking for shoes for my son's communion. Need brown "loafer style" in size 2 1/2 to 3. It's next Sunday so I need something that's guaranteed to be here and I don't really want to spend a lot. It's a shame to say, but we aren't really regular church goers so he won't be getting too much use out of them. Any suggestions?

Forgot to mention that I have checked local stores, and I guess b/c of Easter I can't find what I'm looking for. :confused3

Have you tried Payless. On the website they have some brown "boat" shoes. Here is the link. I don't know if they have them in the stores or not.

http://www.payless.com/store/product/detail.jsp?skuId=065743115&productId=63826&subCatId=cat10313&catId=cat10091&lotId=065743&category=&catdisplayName=Boys+

I hope this link works. If not, just go to their website and type in boys shoes.

He's required to wear a suit, so I need something a little dressier, but thanks! I'll try that!!

Everything is picked over because of Easter. My son is getting confirmed a week from Sunday. We went shopping for a suit yesterday for him, luckily one left in his size.

What about a garage sale? I have given cousins and a neighbor all their dress clothes. You might get lucky with something like that.
