Will Dreams Take Care of my CBR Problem???

I booked through Dreams so I don't know if I'll hear from Disney directly or not. I LOVE Dreams but I'm worried about whether or not they'll be able to handle this. They've probably already got a lot on thier plates because of it. My travel agent sent me an email yesterday and I wrote her back but I haven't heard anything yet...and I usually get a relpy back pretty fast. I'm so confused and I don't know what to do. I've heard great stories about how people were offered great upgrades and I've also heard the stories of the people who had a hard time. I just don't want someone calling the day before we leave saying that there are no rooms available anywhere. We're leaving in a little over a month and I'm worried everything will be all booked! Surely they'll take care of the people who it immediatly effects first won't they???

DU is normally very good, Aurora, in their followup. One of the downsides with any travel agent is that you yourself are not in control of the reservation. If you are worried at all, I now I have seen CathyCanada frequently post here and on other boards that if you are ever concerned to pm or email her directly. Just a thought. I am sure things will be fine. Disney and DU are both very good at what they do.

Dreams will help you out. I'm sure your agent is taking care of you, but if you have a concern, take Dan's advice and pm WMCathyCanada. She's usually on the boards. :)

We are waiting to hear from Disney how they want the changes to be made and if they are willing to compensate guests for the inconvenience (keep your fingers crossed!)

I personally guarantee that your agent will change your reservation and <b>doublecheck</b> that reservation to ensure that the change was done by Disney as well.
