Yes. Because its the summer season. You dont want to spend all day in line. You could be seeing the shows.

feb 27th it was $14.95, last week it was $24.95

Valid for unlimited express entrance to Manta, Kraken, Journey to Atlantis, Wild Arctic, Paddle Boats and Sky Tower for $24.95 plus tax.

Note two of those have an extra charge. Paddle Boats ($5 per person for 20 min.) and Sky Tower ($4). I don't know if that is waived with the Quick Queue

Yes, and the price of quick queue varies depending on what day/season you go in. It can be anywhere from $15-$25 but it is unlimited, so its worth it if you are ride people.
