Just felt an earthquake

I felt kind of dizzy & off balance... and then I heard squeaking sounds (it was the walls of the house). I opened the door to a big closet I have and the clothes were rocking back and forth. I then realized we were having an earthquake. It was very mild, but lasted a long time, and all of our hanging plants were swinging back & forth quite a bit.

Found out it was a 6.9 in Mexicali, Mexico. We felt it all the way up here.
