I ran the not so well-named Muddy Trails 10K trail race Saturday evening. The trails were dry and dusty, and the weather was in the warm side, but the race was another great one. This was the first year they offered a 10K option to the previously only 5K race. The race was about 1 mile on roads and the balance on nature preserve trails. I finished in 1:08:25, knocking 8:20 off of my previous 10K PR time.
