The site you want is http://www.wdisneyw.co.uk. On the left hand side of the home page about half way down, look for "Mousellaneous" and under that heading look for WDW Sounds. You will find lots of sounds from Disney including "Mickey's Wakeup Call. Hope this helps. :p
Speaking of wake up calls, I do not mean to complain but I have read several trip reports saying the wake up calls are now from Lilo and Stitch, nothing against them but I want my wake up call from the big cheese himself, and I mean Mickey not any of the other suits they might have! LOL!
Seriously, have others that have recently gone to WDW gotten wake up calls from other than Mickey? I was last there in May and it was Mickey everyday.
It is amazing how complusive we become when it comes to WDW. It's got to be something in the water!

Yes we just returned July 22 and Lilo and Stitch were the wake up call. Disappointing to say the least, but the boys liked it.

We were at POR 7/13-7/20 and we got the much anticipated wake up calls each day. Really not sure why this seems to be such a poorly done service but we finally got a message after waiting about 30 seconds! (after advice of others saying not to hang up too early)
The first day, we couldn't understand a word but it was definitely not Mickey, unless he enjoyed himself a little too much in Epcot "Germany" clear through the night. I was guessing it was Figment but it definitely could have been Stitch (still sounding like he had one too many) ;)
That was a slight bummer to the mornings but not enough to bring us down from our Disney cloud all week!

We didn't get one Mickey call all week last week...........in fact we didn't get the birthday wake up call that I was promised for my sons birthday either.
The wake up call thing was a little disappointing but when DS didn't get the birthday call that I made the mistake of telling him would come the next morning, THAT was a bummer!
Most all of the CM's were kind and helpful but the overall service during our visit was somewhat unimpressive. No towel animals, no birthday call, being given a horrible stinky room and having to move(no apology), grumpy bell services, and yes I tipped everyone. Most of examples of excellent service were in the parks and this was wonderful!! However, the endless mistakes at the resorts we stayed at and very lackluster service there caused me to wonder why we stayed onsite.
The Mickey calls were kind of just the tip of the iceburg really.
I would stay onsite again but I would move to a deluxe or lower my overall expectations. It's not as Disney onsite anymore.

We just got back 2 weeks ago, and it was Stitch every morning. He shouts something like "WAKE UUUUUPPPPP!!", and then mumbles something about seeing you at Disney Studios. None of us could really understand everything he was saying.

The calls are definitely from Lilo & Stitch - when you get them. The first two days, no one was on the phone. The last day was L&S.
We had several bad service experiences this trip. The one that made us most crazy -- no hand towels! We had 2 connecting rooms in BC Concierge (6 females) and the most we ever had was 1 hand towel in each room!!! This even after numerous requests for more. When I made the comment that I never had this problem at AS - there was no response.:o

I'll be happy to get a wake up call from ANY character. Last May at Coronado Springs my DD answered every morning only to talk to the guy at the front desk. She was quite disappointed after calls from Mickey the trip before.

Last week we got Stitch every day. The first day my wife thought it was a prank call. It was very hard to understand. We wanted the mouse to wake us up. Maybe next year.

I'm just wondering what resorts you guys were staying at. I was under the impression that Stich was only calling the Poly, but it seems that is wrong.
I just want to confirm that it happens at other resorts too.

I miss Mickey's call, too. We were at the Poly at the end of June. First there is a long pause and then Stitch starts his spiel. I agree it was very hard to understand. Understood a little more each day. Bring back Mickey, please!!!

we were at AKL and BC last month and I'll tell ya what "don't know how some child (or adult) would like Lilo & Stitch compared to Mickey Mouse himself! You couldn't even understand 'em!
BRING BACK MICKEY!!!!!!!!!!

I've never had one of these calls, but I understand that it is voice-activated and you need to speak into the phone when you pick it up. Can anyone confirm?

Tinagirl we split our stay between CBR and CSR and we got the same thing at both resorts.
And boy! You guys are right on the nose - I couldn't understand a word of it! I thought it was just me being too sleepy headed. LOL I'm glad I wasn't the only one that thought it was just garbled blathering!
Does anyone know what the message actually says???? After seven mornings in a row I never figured it out!

DancingBear...it is not voiceactivated. For many years at the Poly, wake-up calls were from a live person. For a few trips after Mickey started to make the calls, it would take a morning or two for me to remember there was no one to greet. Now I just pick it up before it awakens anyone else and listen. I actually preferred the personal touch. But Mickey was a happy way to wake up. Does anyone Donald occasionally doing the wakeup call, or is my memory playing tricks on me?

What a bummer! We were there when they switched, the week Lilo and Stitch came out. Early in the week Mickey woke me up, but on Friday, the day the movie opened it was Stitch. At first, I couldn't understand anything. I thought it was only temporary, to hype the new movie. This is awful! Disney can take away EE, Enites, long park hours, but now they're messing with my Mickey Wake-up call? I want Mickey back-Grrrrr!
