Orlando Sentinel dining section. Scott Joseph reviews a restaurant (nearly) every Sunday. He just reviewed the Flying Fish a week or two ago. Also check out the ChowHound articles. There is a restaurant search feature and you can find old reviews.

I like this one because they deliver to your hotel (we've used them both on WDW property and off) : http://www.giordanos.com/ (delivery menu listed). You can also eat inside the restaurant---it's small and very casual.

we took our daughter there for the first time when she was 8. Emeril's has a small children's menu. anywhere from macaroni and cheese to a filet.
