I have been trying to set up an account - but keep getting an error "missing UserID or SWID" - has anyone seen this? Know the way around it? It is pulling up my account info, so I know my username is right.....I called them today and the guy had no idea what to do and said he'd call back but hasn't yet....just looking for help if anyone knows the fix!
