Interval Cues

I use the Nike program with my Ipod touch. I just started the couch to 5 k program. I have an audio file that I found on a website that has a series of songs with a voice that tells you went to walk/run. While it works fine, I'm sick of hearing the same songs all the time.
I downloaded an application for the Ipod touch that is just the vocal cues for the walking/running. Unfortunately, the touch will not allow me to run both that application and the Nike application at the same time.

Any ideas of how I could use my Nike application, get cues of when to run/walk and be able to listen to my own music?

I bought the c25K app from the itunes store. You create you own playlist on it, with the nike + in the background. It can be a pain to check your pace, b/c the c25k app pauses, but it works okay.
