Thank you for joining in on my PTR!!!
This is my second PTR, and I hope to make it fun and full of all things disney!!!
First let me introduce you to the cast and crew, then I will get to the DETAILS:cool1::woohoo::cool1::banana::banana::bana na:
First off me!
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/Friday%205-14-09/P5150167.jpg
Hi! I'm Leanne. A 23 year old loving all things disney wife to a WONDERFUL husband Tim. You'll get to meet him next! I have been to disney so many times as a kid, and this will be the 3rd time with DH. I can't wait til Dh and I have kids, and we can bring them to disney and see it through their eyes!!!
Next up the DH
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/Thursday%205-14-09/P5140130.jpg
This is my WONDERFUL husband Tim (he's very competitive if you can't tell:rotfl:). He is a 27 year old that is slowly learning his love for disney. He only went once as a child, and the next time he went was in 2007 when he went with me and my mom and dad. The only he remembered until this was space mtn chocked him haha (It was actually his dad trying to keep him in the car when he decided he wanted off mid ride:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)
Next is Mom
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/P5080022.jpg
This trip is to celebrate Mom's 65th birthday. DH and I are planning this trip for mom and dad as they normally do all the planning. We are making sure to tell EVERYONE that it's mom's 65th birthday. We say it's the least they can do for everything they've done for us!!! (She's not to excited about everyone knowing lol But don't let her fool you, she really does like it, she always laughs so hard she starts crying, and then talks about it for years!!!)
And last but not least is dear ol' Dad
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/P5080023.jpg
This is the man responsible for my love of disney!!! What can I say and I am a big time daddy's girl, and yes I still call him daddy, or rather deddy or fazza as I always have. He now admits he's a sucker for me, and he dreads the day we have a little girl b/c he knows it will be 1000 times worse lol
For out beautiful baby girl that we will be leaving at home unfortunatly
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/P9010023.jpg

http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/Bella/05-14-08_1550.jpg
Sorry I couldn't post just one lol This is our beautiful 3 year old english spinger spanial that's our sweet baby girl!!! She is a hot mess, and loves going to the lake with us in the summer. If we drive (which I'm hoping we won't) We might take her with us and kennel her at wdw, and if we fly she will stay with DH parents for the week.
Well that wraps up the cast a crew. Up next the What... when... and how!!!

To say the least mom is very excited!!! DH and I went on a cruise for our honeymoon, and ever since she's been wanting to go on one.
Thanks! we have to tie her ears up when we bathe her so they will dry. She gets ear infections really easy and frequently:headache:

We have finally booked our cruise!!!
:banana::banana::banana::dance3::dance3::banana::b anana::banana:
We are doing 7 nights on carnival. We are leaving from orlando to cozumel, isla rotan, belize, and costa maya. The cruise leaved Sept 18th, but we are going down a couple days early.
:banana::banana::banana::dance3::dance3::banana::b anana::banana:
Why am I doing a PTR you may ask? Well if we are going to orlando... it is IMPOSSIBLE to not go to wdw for a couple days... am I right?
I am still trying to decide on the place to stay. I've got it narrowed down between pop and ASMusic. We've never stayed at a disney resort as we normally stay at SOG. Since it's only a couple days, and we need transportation we have decided to stay at a disney resort. Any opinions will be greatly appreciated!
Honestly I think I'm more excited about going to disney for a couple days then the cruise as I thought it would be 2011 before we went back. We haven't decided if we are going to do a park yet. We've never taken time to just explore the resorts, and DTD so we may do that instead of parks. For anyone who has been for just a couple days feel free to give your opinion. I love getting others thoughts and an outside opinion always helps with decisions! Thanks for reading!!!

i am joining in!! I can't wait to hear more about your cruise and disney plans!! That is so nice you are planning a trip for your parents:) we stayed at Pop and AS music before-- i prefer AS music -- its a lot calmer than POP and evern thought you share the buses with Assports and As movies-- it doesnt seem to matter-- its a very fun resort!! I think you would enjoy either resort you would pick

OH MY WORD!!!
Did anyone else have a crazy busy easter like I did?
We had DH birthday party Saturday and had a blast, but that was just the end of the week.
On Friday we put an offer on a house and it was excepted:banana::banana::banana::dance3::dance3::d ance3::cloud9::cloud9::cloud9:
We got a contract on our house 2 weeks ago and went looking at 14 houses in one day... yes 14 in one day, and the 2nd house we looked at had EVERYTHING we wanted, and I am still having dreams about that kitchen:cloud9: Needless to say the next month or 2 will be crazy busy:upsidedow and I'm sure there are plenty of :headache: and maybe a little, ok A LOT of :scared1: to come. I admit it I am a major control freak, and overly plan EVERYTHING!!!
So hopefully I can work on an update tomarrow after I get my picture loaded... come on now... did anyone really think that I could go without posting pics of my soon to be new house!!!:dance3:
Talk to ya tomarrow!

Well not much has happened on the planning end of the trip, but I do have a question... we are going to arrive Thursday evening and are planning to go to DTD for the evening or just wander around the resort. My question is on Friday, a part of me wants to do a one day ticket, but the other side of me says no just relax, and explore the parks as I had originally intended. We had thought about doing the GAD, but did not not know if we would be to wdw this year, and then when we did decide, it was too late... errrrr we missed it by just a couple days:mad::headache:
Oh... we are booking our flight this week!!! WOOT WOOT :dance3::dance3::dance3: I am SOOOOOO excited!!! We haven't ever flown to disney, so it will be so nice to not have to drive 14hrs to get there!!! We are going to be using DME to get to our resort, and I hope we get the traditional bus. I saw where someone had a charter bus that had a lights motor action wrap on it. I don't think it's the same :( yeah I know it's free, but those buses are so awesome looking!!!
Anywhoo... we are looking into the military rate of 40% off and wondering if we'd be more comfortable at a mod vs a value. We have never stayed at a disney resort. Which do you think would be better? Mod or value. We will be spending a lot of time at the resorts as we probubly won't be doing parks however we are only there for 2 nights. decisions... decisions... decisions...
On the moving front we are about 1/2 way packed and I am getting SOOOO excited!!! 2 weeks and 2 days until we close:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:
Well I guess that's about it for now... hopefully I will have a better update later on in the week! Talk to ya soon

So do I actually have anyone reading along or is it just me???
cricket....... cricket.......... cricket......
Oh well!!!
So MEGA NEWS!!!! It is official we booked our flight last night whoo whoo whoo whoo :dance3::dance3::dance3: We are flying Jet blue from richmond, va at 4:50pm and arrive at MCO at 7:15pm!!! We are going to take DME to the resort so we don't have to rent a car to sit at the cruise port all week. I am SUUUUUPER excited now! My hopes are to get intouch with disney tonight and get our rooms booked for Thursday through Saturday. We are going to do military 40% discount at ASMovies. I debated on doing a mod b/c of the price, but the i figured what the heck we're going next year at christmas and staying at contemp. We're only going to be there 2 nights and it's just to sleep. As long as it's clean, that's all that matters. AHHHHHHHHHHH I am beyond excited!!!
Ok so I guess that's all for now! Hope everyone is having a fantabulous day!!!

Hi Everyone:wave2:
Sorry I've been rather MIA recently, but we've had alot going on recently... well rather one big thing going on...
Drum roll please... the main event has been...
http://i680.photobucket.com/albums/vv163/tarrington2484/New%20House/P4290075.jpg
That's right... WE'RE MOVING!!!!
:dance3::dance3::dance3:
Oh it has been so much work, but it will defiently be worth it when we are finished. We are having to do alot of check writing unfortunatly. Yes, I've begun calling it check writing instead of shopping, b/c as much fun as it is to shop, I'm beginning to despise writting those checks lol We are moving from a 100sq ft house to our new house which is about 2400sq ft. We moved out of our old house and moved in with my parents for a week then into our new house, so needless to say there has not been a spare minute... no take that back.... second.
Anywhoo on with the PTR...
When I last left you we had just booked our flight! Can I just tell you how incredible excited I am about flying. We always drive, and it is absolutly the longest drive 14hrs to be exact, and we normally do it one day. Not this time!!! ok on with the show... It is OFFICIAL!!! We have booked our resort. After much debating and talking with you lovely dissers I made a desicion...
and the winner is
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/asmu0870.jpg
We booked with a 40% military discount b/c dad is retired from the army. We went back and forth about booking a mod b/c of the discount, but the 117 for 2 nights could not be argued so we decided on ASMu. I've been wondering if I should request a particular building... any suggestions?
So the itenary so far is as follow:
Thurs Sept 16th
11am- Leave Rustburg enroute to RIC
5:35pm- Leave RIC
7:15pm- Arrive MCO and make way to DME
I hope we can be at ASMusic by 8 or 8:30pm then head over to DTD for a late night bite!
Friday Sept 17th
We are going to explore the resorts, and definetly want to hit up beaches and cream. There is no time line unless we decide to make an ADR at a resort. Any suggestion??? We have done CM for breakfast, and that's it for resort resturants.
Also, I've read that you can watch wishes from contemp. do you have to be a guest there to do this, or can anyone go? Also do they have the music, and is there a place where you can view the fireworks where the music is piped in?
Saturday, Sept 18th
Up pretty early, probubly just grab something from the foodcourt for breakfast. We are planning to get a town car service for transportation port canaveral for a cruise. We are yet to decide if we want to use cruise transportation back to the airport, or if we want to do the towncar service back to MCO. Does anyone have any recommendations on a town car serivce that will take us from WDW to port canaveral?
Well that about wraps up this update.. oh I almost forgot, I got the most amazing notebook at target the other night. I will have to take a picture and post... i KNOW ya'll will L-O-V-E IT!!!

Hi everyone! sorry I have still been away... I have been completly consumed with out new house and then of course I have to attend my j-o-b and get my assignments done for school... ugh... anywhoo... I hope to have an update posted sometime this week. Is anyone still out there???
On another side... I have made a goal for myself to get back to my original self that I was when DH and I started dating. I have gained about 70lbs since DH and I started dating and IT HAS GOT TO GO!!! Dh and I have started talking more and more about starting a family with 2 legs instead of 4 (our beautiful girl in the first post:rotfl::lmao::rotfl2:) I really can't imagine adding 30 or 40lbs or even more when getting pg, plus... I want to look like I'm preggo and have a big ol' pregnant belly lol I know I'm crazy... but anywhoo... if anyone would like to join me on this journey please feel free to join me.. I need all the help and support I can get and please feel free to give any suggestions!!!

Hellllooooo... is anybody still there there there there
So not really an update, but I'm sure ya'll will understand my situation and share my same feelings... I had the WORST dream last night.. no delete that it was not even a dream... it was a NIGHTMARE!!! I had a dream that we were leaving on our trip for sept, and I realized as we were checking i to our flight that I hadn't made ANY adr's!!! And since we are going in sept I knew they would be booked!!!:scared1::scared1::scared1: Then we are trying to check in and they said our flight is CANCELLED we'd have to wait until the morning to leave:scared1::scared1::scared1:again... We wait until the next morning to leave. We get on our flight and it's smooth sailing until we get to MCO and we can't find DME ANYWHERE We look and look and look and finally find where it's supposed to be remember the supposed to be part well there was a sign saying they had discontinued this service due to lack of participation!!!:scared1::scared1::scared1::scared 1: Well needless to say that's as far as I got because the alarm went off.. ugh That was horrible lol we still have over 3 more months until our trip... if these dreams are starting already, what is it going to be like as we get closer to the trip?
Hope everyone is having a Great week!!!

It's wonderful that you get to go on a trip with your parents to celebrate your Mom's birthday.
You can see the fireworks from the Poly beach but I am not sure if you can hear the music or not. We like to eat at 'Ohana and book an ADR right before the fireworks. We request a table so we can see them and they pipe the music in. Narcoosee's at the Grand Floridian is the same way. To watch from the Contemporary on the observation deck, I think you have to have an ADR at California Grill.
I am absolutely in love with your furbaby. I have had an English Springer before and they are so loving and kind, fantastic dogs. If I didn't live in an apartment I would get another one in a heart beat.
Can't wait to read more about your trip!

Just found you!
We planned a trip for my parents last December! What a great way to celebrate with a cruise and WDW!!!
I think you'll be beyond great at the value for those nights. I've now stayed at all of the values and mods; the mods have more a grown-up theme/feel, but who cares! You're still at WDW and everyone wants to be a child again at some point.
I love, love, love your fur baby! I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel; any sort of spaniels are my favorite dogs! They're wonderful. Although, mine is just 6 months old, and she's nuts. I hope she calms down.
Count me in!

Thanks for joining me!!! I really want to go to the poly beach and watch the fireworks b/c I want to see the water pagent parade as well. We've never seen the whole thing b/c we've always been so focused on the parks, and since the trip is all about not focusing on the parks we are going to take full advantage. I had thought about booking a nice meal while we are there and then I thought we are going on a 7 day cruise where we can eat all we want, and since we are going back dec 2011, and we plan to make it our DREAM vaca:cloud9: Why not save a nice dinner for then right? I don't know it still crosses my mind b/c I don't know that I really want to eat counter service for 3 days KWIM? Don't let looks fool you... Bella is a rotten mess!!!:rotfl: but thanks... she's our baby if you couldn't tell!

Thanks for joining me oregonmommy... I just found ya'll PTR today as well.. weird:confused3 I am in love with your report dec 2011 seems like 10 years away... Christmas is my FAVORITE time of year because of all it stands for and what would make it better but to see Disney ready and decorated for it of course lol Thanks on the house... we are slowly making it home... we worked so hard over the past couple years to make this happen, I'm still having a hard time realizing it's actually mine. When we went looking it was the 2nd house we looked at and I fell in love:love::love::love: but I had set myself up thinking... there's no way we can afford this DH is going to say we need to go less etc etc and then that night when we talked about all the houses we had looked at he chose this one as his first choice and I almost cried I was so excited lol
Just found you!

We always do wdw with my parents, but they've never been on a cruise before and mom has always wanted to do after DH and I went on a cruise for our honeymoon and she heard about it and saw all the pictures she was hooked and wanted to go. My only concern is they will be having free dining and I'm wondering how crowds are going to be at the resorts but I figure since we will only be there for 1 full day it will be ok... Don't let the age fool you on the calming down part. Bella turned 3 in March and she is still wide open... She's even been spayed which they said should calm her down, and I think she is still as wild as she was before she was spayed. Not to discourage you, but I wouldn't get to excited lol but that's what makes up love her so much with all her crazyness haha thanks for joinging!

So I've been thinking more and more about doing a dinner for mom as a surprise to kick off our trip if you will. What si the difference in ohana and spirit of aloha? Mom's fav resort is the poly and I know she would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have dinner there. She always talks about going when I was younger and me dancing with the dancers and eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches lol

First off... can I vent just a little... I currently feel like  no wait... :furious::furious::furious::furious::furious: DH and I kept his niece (12months) and nephew (4years) last night and today and can I just say his nephew was HORRIBLE!!! He does not normally act like that, it is rare he misbehaves with me, but today was aweful. I think a lot of it was having DH with me b/c it's normally just me keeping him, so I'm hopeing he was just testing the waters with him, but OH MY WORD!!! He wanted yogurt he ate to bites and said I'm done and dropped it in the floor, his baby sister was sitting in the floor playing and he came up took the toy out of her hand and pushed her backwards, we told him it was time to come inside and he started throwing a fit so when DH went to pick him up he kicked and hit at him... I could keep going b/c it was horrible... ok I'm sorry I think I'm done venting... I think lol ugh the worst part was when his dad was supposed to be here 3 hours ago and it wasn't until we called him and he said oh I decided I wanted to get something to eat first... .um HELLO IN YOUR BRAIN!!! what about your kids????? ugh it is SOOOO frustrating!!!
Anywhoo on the update end... I wanted to do the luau dinner, but it is only on tuesday and saturday and we need probubly friday night, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do now, I would really like to do a nice dinner to kick off the trip, but then I think we are going to be eatting really nice for a week on the cruise so I'm still undecided... any suggestions??

We have to finish paying by July 5th, then we can start making shore excursions and what not. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get my planning up and running? I am so excited to go, but feel like it so far away!!!

Hey Leanne, I'm here  You have had a very busy couple of months haven't you? I love you new house, it is very pretty and I know you are excited about it. Your trip sounds like fun too, we stayed at ASMu two years ago and it was OK. We were on the very back of the resort so it wasn't the best place to be. I can't wait to see how you have the inside of your house decorated :thumbsup2.

Hi Everyone!!! I don't really have a trip update, but I do have a life update. Last weekend Dh took me to OBX, NC for my bday. It was sooo amazing!!! I had never been before and he'd been a couple times and wanted me to go so badly. Here are some pics from our weekend away.

She was one pooped pup!!
It was a wonderful weekend. We took DH's parents camper and stayed for 29 dollars a night.. doesn't get any better then that!! Hopefully I will have an update soon. I did get an email today from jetblue that our flight times had changed. Lets just say I felt a little:scared1: to say the least, but then I read the email and laughed... and mean:rotfl::lmao::rotfl2: Our flight to orlando changed by 2 minutes, and our flight leaving changed by 5 minutes lol
I think we've decided to rent a care to get to port, and then take carnival transportation from port to mco. Doesn anyone have experience with renting a car to port?

We will be traveling to ASMu via magical express!!! WOOT WOOT!!! I am sooo excited... I'm booking our other 2 round of transport today, so I will be back for another addition hopefully later, and maybe even pictures of my awesome notebook I found to use as my planning binder!!!

So now that I've realized we will be heading to disney in 29 days... I am starting to FREAK OUT:scared1::scared1::scared1: because I just realized I haven't don't much planning!!!! I mean seriously, what's a vaca without some planning :rotfl::rotfl:
Last friday I made a grand purchase and hadn't gotten a chance to take picture and post it. Kohl's what having an AWESOME sale, and then it was tax free weekend, so I just couldn't pass up the offer. Without further ado...
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/P8180298.jpg
Isn't it just awesome!!! Iwas regularly 250 and I got it for 99!!! WOOT WOOT :woohoo::banana: We have luggage, but not enough for DH and I and my mom and dad. We don't normally fly, so we don't have to have certain luggage, but hey, any reason for an awesome deal, and a cute nee accessory is good enough for me lol
Up next I got the most awesome binder at target!!! It is going to make the best best best planning binder. I put everything in it today!!!
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/P8180299.jpg
I am sooooo SUUUUUUUUPER excited to use it. I put my papers in it tonight. I just need to finish my dividers then I'll post some pics of the inside. I'm hopeing to get a notebook with 3 holes in it so I can just hook it in, or either just get a small notebook that will lay inside for journaling what our days festivites.
So I appologize this is so long, but believe it or not I've gotten alot done today in my panic lol
I also booked our transportation from disney to the port...
http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i43/Classyprep/Limo.jpg
We will be picked up at ASMu and taken to the cruise ship by limo!!! We were going to do just a town car, but were iffy as to if all our luggage would fit, so instead of doing to town cars we did a limo for about 1/4 of what another town car would be. (btw... I think DH is just as excited about riding in the limo as the cruise lol He just keeps saying, I've never been in a limo before haha)
Well... ok... it's not as long as I thought it was going to be, but I have gotten a lot done since I've done nothing up until now.
Oh I have a question. How do i change a DME ressie, online or phone?
29 days til we're disney bound!!!

Happy Sunday everyone!!! I'm trying to plan to distract myself from the phone call that we just got.
3 years ago, my brother was deployed to afganistan and was in the mountains. While he was patroling one day his foot got hung and it the is pack over his head. When it did it crushed 3 disk in his back. He came home from r&r and it was so bad they kept him home on medical leave. He ended up having surgery on his back and now has a rod on either side of his lumbar spine. After all of this he was placed into a unit that was non-deployable and he had plans of retiring with 22 years next august. He had been making plans to come home for christmas for 2 weeks and everyone was so excited because they haven't been home since last april (he's stationed in louisianna and we live in VA) Well today we got a phone call he is being transfered into a different unit as of october and he will be deployed in november. I am completly crushed. He was going to retire this year, but because he got a promotion last year he wants to stay until next year to get benefits from his promotion. I always feel selfish with this situation. This is going to be his 9th deployment during his 20 years for service all of which have been 18months or longer with the exception of his last which was 10 months due to his injury. I always wonder why he has been deployed so many times, and there are many people in the military that have never been deployed, but then I think of all the families that have had family deployed and not make it home. We are very fortunate that this has been his only injury, and he assures us that he will not be in combat, but I just don't entirly believe that. (btw... please no flames from people with different opinions about the situation over seas. That is not at all what I am trying to tell, I am simple venting about the turn of event I am currently experiencing, thanks) i'm really hopeing to make a trip to out there to see him before he leaves. He's 15 years older than me, so although we aren't close like most brothers and sisters, we have a different kind of relationship that is very special.
Anywhoo... enough with that for now before the water works cut back on haha I have done our iteniary for day 1.

Sweetie, I understand all too well... It is so hard to hear they are going back, whether it is combat or not, they are not home... :sad1: I am new to this, and obviously you are not, but I don't think it ever gets easier... I know saying good bye never does... We just got the call yesterday that my brother is going back and they are making his deployment longer then they initially said... :sad2: I support my brother, and our troops, but I want him home... I love being able to call him, and text him... simple things that get taken away...
Once your brother is deployed, if your brother is comfortable with it, send me his info when you get it and I will be more then happy to send boxes!
Take care, and if you need to vent, PM me...

Oregonmommy thank you so much:hug: No one can understand what it's like until they experience it first hand. I think it actually gets harder everytime, b/c everytime the after effects are always a little worse then the last time he got back, and you've a learned a little bit more about what goes on over there. I will get you the address, he loves getting boxes, especially extras b/c he says there are so many guys over there that have no famly or no one will send them packages, so he will give them to them if he's gotten a something recently. Please PM me your brothers address as well.

I would love to send boxes... My Mom and I always sent way more for the poor soldiers who got nothing... :guilty: Breaks my heart... I let Tailor decorate the sides of the boxes so when my brother got them everyone would gather around cause they knew the boxes were full of cookies... :lmao:

I will keep your family and your brother in my prayers. I know it is hard when family is in the military and deployed. I don't think you have to worry about being flamed here.
You really do have everything planned out :thumbsup2. I know flying is a much faster way to get to Disney, but I just can't bring myself to get on a plane.

That's so awesome that she personalizes it for him... it makes it so much more than just a box from home. Thank you so much... I know he (and we) will be very appreciative:hug:

I LOVE LOVE LOVE flying!!! If I could afford it, I would fly on any trip that was further than the beach (which is about 6 hours for us):lmao:
I'm plannng to go see him for a couple days at this point before he leaves. It will probubly be late september, early october, as he could be overseas as early as middle october. Has anyone flown contenintal before?

So I'm needed some help... our main plans this trip are to explore the resorts. I def want to visit WL... what are other little beauties that we should not miss.. and what should we look for at the different resorts? We've never been to more than monorail resorts and that was either just to get to the monorail, or to chef mickeys at contemp. Thanks for everyone's advise!!

So I need everyone's opinions... I'm thinking about surprising Dh with a ride on the jet boats from one of the monorail resorts, the past 2 times we've gone (which are his only) he has just stood and watched people in them saying that would be so awesome, I wish we could do that one time, I would love to do that so on and so forth lol he doesn't hint well haha Has anyone ever done this? Where did you go from? Did you get wet? Sorry so many questions, but thanks for the help!!

WE GOT OUR DME PACK TODAY
:banana::cool1::woohoo::yay::cloud9::dance3::cheer 2:
It feels so real now that we are going in just 16 short days!!!! WOOT WOOT
Can I just say DH was such a meaney... he brought the mail in from our PO box which is where disney said they thought he had gotten mailed to (I called friday b/c my mom and dad had gotten there's on wednesday but I hadn't) He gave me a magazine, junk mail, junk mail, and school fundraiser from my little cousin. I gave it back to him and told him I didn't want it lol He said what's wrong were you expecting something, and as I turned back around to him for a very sarcastic DUUUHHHHHH he was holding the glousious DISNEY MAIL:dance3::dance3: I couldn't help it.. I started jumping up and down like a little kid... needless to say DH got a nice long little chuckle out of my sillyness, but can I just say... I'm a little nervous because I'm feeling a little like the disney commercial.. I'm to excited to sleep KWIM and I still have 16 days to go!!!
I was going to be doing some shopping before we went, but because I'm going to be flying out to see my brother before he is deployed the week after we get back I'm probubly just going to get maybe a dress for dinner and that's about it. I have found one at Kohls.com that I really like, but I need to lose a little more weight, but i may go ahead and order it and return it if I don't get into it before we leave. I'm working on my day 2 plans now, I'll post them hopefully in the next couple days... stay tuned!!

You have to post how you like the Wave. I have wanted to make an ADR there, but I haven't had anyone tell me how they like it.
You posted on my TR that you will not eat at Chili's in Orlando; it was Backlot Express at Disney Hollywood Studios that made us sick NOT Chili's. So avoid Backlot Express NOT Chili's.

Anywhoo... first off let me just say, All star music was fine for what we needed it for. We needed a bed to sleep in for 2 nights and thats it. I cannot imagine staying there for a week however, although on the flip side if that the only way I could go to disney, I would sleep in a tent in July haha:rotfl:We were in rock inn 3 rooms from the far back corner on the 3rd floor... Well it's only taken me 3 months, but I am finally going to finish up this report...
First let me show you some new purchases...
My new luggage that I got at kohls, and was amazed I didn't see another piece like it, which was really nice when baggage claim time came around.
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/Sept%202010%20FL%20and%20cruise/P8180298.jpg
And my fantabulous planning notebook that DH laughed and laughed about to begin with, but quickly found that it was fabulous to have everything in its place, especially when he needed something and I told him exactly where to look for it at and he put his hands right on it.
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/Sept%202010%20FL%20and%20cruise/P8180299.jpg
We flew jet blue out of Richmond, VA, and I will definetly fly from Richmond again. It's only a year old, and it is soooo nice. Very easy to get in and out of. When we left, we stopped at DH's Gran's to have lunch with her before we left. When we walked in, we found a feast or sweet and sour pork loin, sweet potato cassarole, corn, butter beans, rolls, ham, fruit salad, brocolli salad, banana pudding, and chocolate pie, when we thought we just have ham biscuits a cassarole, and some fruit. We left Grans house and it was only about a 20 min ride to the airport. Mom and I got out with the bag while DH and dad parked the car. We got all checked in and were at the gate in about 30 mins time. We still had about 45mins before we could board so my dad and looked for a coffee stop!! We found a cariboo coffee yummooo my favorite!!! I would say I like this as much as starbucks, until I ordered my favorite extra bold with caramel and skim milk, and she declared, they were out caramel!!!! WHAT!!!! oh well I settled for a mango/pomegrante smoothie, that was just as yummy, and probubly better because I didn't need anymore caffine since I was already do hyped up, I mean seriously... we were going to disney world!!! For whatever reason, I took no pictures during this time. I am shocked because I am normally a picture-holic, but anywhoo... We boarded out plane and 1 hour and 30 minutes later we safely landed in orlando.
http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/Sept%202010/DSCF0814.jpg
I looked for the castle, but I had no idea what way I should have looked, so I saw nothing. Does anyone know where to look for the castle, and I have you ever seen when flying into MCO?
We quickly made our way to baggage claim, but oh wait, we don't have to collect our luggage we are taking...

It was dusk when we landed in orlando so I don't have any pictures going into disney, but I liked the video they played, and there weren't any kids screaming... yes I know kind of a random statement, but you will find the humor in it shortly... lol
Up next... arriving at All-Star music!!

So when I last left off only 2 months ago, but we were leaving MCO on Magical Express. I wish I could have more pictures coming down the road, but it was getting dark outside, and the windows were so tinted you couldn’t really see anything. I really enjoyed taking DME. I was so nice not to have to worry about where we were going. I wish I would taken more pictures when we got there, but it was dark and we were all so tired. We basically just checked in and made our way to our room. I took a couple pictures on our way to the ROCK INN!!! http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u289/Luv0Lea4/Sept%202010%20FL%20and%20cruise/DSCF0513.jpg

Yea that’s all I took. I was completely dark by the time we got there, and we were all hungry and ready for bed. We just had 2 standard rooms on the 3rd floor which I was happy about, but not so happy about being 3rd room from the end looking at ASSp and so far from the bus stop, although it was really quite. We were glad to be so far away from the main pool after we walked by there a couple times. We booked on a military room only code and got the rooms for $115 for 2 nights. I could not complain ya know?!
Some pictures of our room…

After we put our stuff down in our rooms, we set off for the food court for some food. DH and I got a mug to share, and my mom and dad did the same. We got a yellow top and I think they got a red top. I don’t think I have any pictures of these either, nor do I have pictures of our dinner. We were starving!!! I want to say we got salads and sandwiches I believe, and then of course we had to get ice cream. This is where the screaming kids start. We sat next to a table of 2 adults and 5 kids. The oldest looked to be maybe 10 with the youngest being maybe 2 or 3. Now first let me say, I understand kids cry, but when kids scream and cry just because they don’t get their way, this really strikes a nerve with me. The parents let all the kids at the table by themselves while they went and got dinner. They came back and had a little bit of everything. They were handing out the food and that’s when it starts. One of the little girls maybe 5 falls down in the floor screaming… I don’t want this… I told you I would cake and chips. The dad quickly picks her up and puts her back in her chair says you aren’t getting it (at this point I am impressed) but then turns around at another table sits down and starts eating paying no more attention to her. At this point she throws her food in the floor, crosses her arms and starts screaming to the top of her lungs I want cake and chips, all the while mom and dad are having their own little conversation completely ignoring her. After about 3 or 4 minutes of this the dad turns around and says If you don’t the H***shut up I am going to beat you’re a** and you are going to the pool with no dinner. I mean seriously people come on. At this point the little girl gets up and walks out of the food court with a fine them… I’m going to the pool, and off she goes by herself. Eventually the mom got up and went outside with her, but I was completely appalled by this situation. Anywhoo… rant over haha After we finished out ice cream and got refills on our drinks, we made the long hike back to our rooms ever so far away. It was like an unending walk. Needless to say I will definitely pay the extra for a preferred room next time. When we got back to our room, our luggage had arrived, and after Mom having a mild panic attack about not being able to find her luggage that was sitting next to her bed (oh poor Mom bless her heart) we went to bed with wake-up calls set!!!
Up next: We go resort hopping, and end with a Wave and Wishes!!!
