What is included with the venue fee? Anything? How much does it cost for tables, chairs, centerpieces, etc. Is there some sort of set package price or is all this separate? I am assuming the buffet set up is included at least?

There is the venue rental fee which includes chairs and tables. I believe from what i remember, the lower UK is $250. and then there is also a set up/take down fee which if i remember correctly is $75. then you have the $12.95 per guest viewing fee and whatever the per person dessert menu is (ours is $27.95 per guest). and the decor move fee if you are using your reception floral. I think that is $50. someone please correct me if i'm wrong.
