<font face="comic sans ms"> Hi, y'all. I've had a lovely vacation visiting with some wonderful Disers, but it's time for the DumboMobile to fire up and head home. :D

I was going to go to WDW, but I've had a change of plans.

I haven't posted this yet, but last Tuesday my sister sold her house for the asking price and was offered a fifth-grade position at the school where she did her internship. :Pinkbounc :p :Pinkbounc

As you know, I spent a large portion of the summer helping her to get her house ready to show.

Well, I thought we were busy before. ;)

She needs to get her classroom ready for the first time ever, she needs to close on her house on Wednesday, she needs to get my hubby over there to make some repairs on the new place before they move in, and she needs to actually start her first year of teaching, and she needs to get moved from her old house to her new house.


In other words, I'm needed at home. Walt Disney World will still be there in December. :smooth: </font>

:earseek: Lisa's life just got interesting, didn't it? ;) Be careful driving home. :) Sounds like you'll be in 'turbo mode' from now until DIS-Con. :earseek: ;)

Congratulations to Lisa on her new job! It sounds like she will have a very busy year ahead of her with a new house and a new job.

Safe trip home Dayna - you sure are a good sister - I always have projects going on around here when I am home - if you ever run out of your own, I won't turn down any help - LOL - make sure you rest up before DIS CON - that gives you about 5 months. See ya then!
