Hi all, I was wondering... what are the containers used for the pressed pennies? I had asked on another thread where I seen the DISigns for the pressed penny containers, but no one could tell me what the containers were. I seen somewhere that they were mentos ones? I am curious how? Are they not round? Pressed pennies are oval. Or is it the mentos gum containers?

TIA for the help!!!

We use mini M&M tubes. But I did need to trim the wrappers a bit. They still came out great! Have fun!

I have read that M&M tubes are used to hold the pennies and quarters, and then Mentos tubes are used to hold the pressed pennies afterwards. The Mentos tubes are oval.

The first ones I did I thought it was just me not cutting straight :rotfl: The m&m tube is slightly larger/rounder at the top than at the bottom.

OP it is mentos gum containers
