Need a Non-Disney DISign - Thomas the Train

Hi All
I am looking for a Thomas the train Luggage tag Disign. My sons 3rd birthday is next month and would love to put them in the party bags for the kids. I world like them personalized if the is possible too.

Have it say something like
This belongs to : (child's name) (on the front)
If found please call: _________________ (on the back)
Will that work?

I want to laminate them before the party. Can I PM you first and last name with phone number? Thank you so much.

If you have time would you also be able to make a ticket to insert into the invitations? I want the kids to have a ticket for the party.

Here is some info for the party from the invite if you can make the ticket:
we are heading to the city of Sodor to celebrate Gavin's 3rd birthday
Station: Johnson
Track # : 27055 Rio Bosque
Departure date: April 17th
Whistle blows at 4:30pm.
Dinner will be served in the dining car.

Here it is all fixed up - the only additional change I made was where the appostrophe was in papa's. I assumed the name was papa and not papas. If the name is papa then it would be 's. If I assumed wrong and the name is papas - let me know and I will fix it.
