Upgrading Free Dining to Next Level Plan

I think I've seen people mention that when free quick service dining is offered, they can upgrade to table service dining for $10/person/night. Does the same hold true if the free TS dining is offer and a Deluxe dining upgrade is wanted? If so does anyone know roughly what that would cost?

We are hoping for FD for our trip Aug 15 (waiting patiently by computer for announcement) and wonder how much an upgrade to Deluxe dining would cost in that scenario...We are staying at PORS if that makes a difference...

During Free Dining (non-peak season for DDP), the upgrade price from basic DDP to DxDP would be $30/adult/night and I think $9/child/night.

Everyone on the same reservation must have the same dining plan.
