He is picking me up at my house so that means that the guy is going to see my house and all if its Disney stuff! It going to be like that scene in Dodgeball when Peter goes into Kate's house and sees her unicorn collection! I'm afraid!!

Wish me luck - this one is cute ;)

Love me; love my stuff. :3dglasses

Even if he doesn't get it, give him a chance, he may come around.

But if he laughs, tell him goodbye. :snooty:

He could do a Walter! :rotfl:

Best of luck on your date! Hopefully the Disney stuff won't freak him out too much, its usually easier to ease them in gently, but at some point he'll have to know!

Have a great time!

Hi Stacy:wave:
Just try to avoid talking about all of your 'imaginary friends' :scared1: and everything will be fine.

Have a great time.

I LOVE that winning a loved one over to Disney has now been dubbed "Doing a Walter!" :rotfl2:

Now imagine if the date starts out with, "Wait, you're on the DIS too? YOU'RE STACY'S A FREAK?!?"...

HAHA!

Well he didn't freak out which is good. Thankfully about half of my Disney stuff is somewhat camoflauged (think hidden mickey-type stuff). So when he picked me up, I invited him in and gave him a chance to meet my dog. I showed him around a little (living room, dining room, kitchen) and I said almost apologetically ..."yeaaahh, I have a lot of Disney stuff." And he said ... get this ... wait for it ... "at least it's not unicorns!" HAHA!

So all went well - thanks for the DISupport!

Greg, I think I'll wait until MUCH later to talk about my imaginary ACCF friends - lol. All of which, by the way, are probably wondering where my bed head has been hiding!

My guy and I both have "imaginary" friends in our respective iPods.

But at least we do not have unicorns!
