Pin trading between DISers...

Hi everybody, I searched the forum and didn't find anything useful so here goes. I just started pin trading this trip to DL. I would like to continue training even tho I'm not actually at the parks. Would any of you DISers be willing to trade back and forth? Posting pictures of the pins available would help to keep the process stream lined and it would be easier to pick a pin from a picture instead of a description. If there is already a thread of this nature please link me and then the administrators can delete this one. Thanks so much.

There is already a Trades/Wants Forum at the top of the page. It is listed under subforums. Although I haven't been around long enough to see any trading or action on it. Maybe you will start the ball rolling!

Ok. I'm caving. I can't figure out Pinpics. If ya'll would be so kind as to tell me how to find members using the username I would be so grateful. I would love to look at the pins ya'll have. Hopefully I will have a pin you need. :)

Hi! Have you set up an account on Pinpics?? If you haven't then no problem.

Basically go to the Pinpics home screen, click on "My Pin Pics" on the left side of the screen, this will take you into another screen with three empty fields, by entering a username (mine is earthbound) in one of the three fields you can see the users collection, wanted pins or pins they have for trade.

To make a Pinpics account you will only need a username (same as your DIS maybe) & a valid e-mail address - this is used only for possible trades using the Pinpics trade assistant - this can be done by clicking on the "Members Area" title on the home screen.

You can do the above without creating an account if you wish! Hope this helps!! :thumbsup2

Thanks for the help everybody. I did create a Pinpics account. My ID is dizneygurl007 (same name as here) I only have 4 pins available for trade right now but once I get paid I will be picking some up from the reputable online dealers. :)
