Question about the facade redo for LTT and Peter Pan. When does this start and will it be over by the end of June? If not, how bad will getting into them be or will they be closed? or open with really ugly entrances?

This is only a guess, but I assume that Peter Pan would remain open during a facade redo, judging from the way they handled the Small World Facade redo last summer.

All of this construction is taking me by surprise - I didn't think it'd be starting before our trip this Memorial Day. OH well, at least they are fixing things up!

A $943,000 thached roof???? I got a guy can knock that out in a week for under $10,000. You get a choice of shingle colors too, grey or dark grey.

1) You forgot the current price of off-site labor.
2) If they used WDW labor rates, the cost would fall to $12.98, plus materials.
