Still debating between Tues. Oct. 12th or Thurs. Oct. 14th. According to the Disney site, Fantasmic (at HS) is offered both of those nights too, usually we try to do MNSSHP the night opposite of Fantasmic. The only other night MNSSHP is offered the week were there is Mon. Oct. 11th, but that's Columbus Day and I've been told that it's crazy at MK that day.

More than likely, we'll end up going on Tues. Oct. 12th. That way we can munch on our MNSSHP candy the rest of the week! :thumbsup2

Passporter.com is actually a really good site and pretty much all their info is accurate; I would trust it. DIS has MNSSHP listed on the 30th which I think is a mistake but a honest one. Check it out, like I said they are pretty good and their books are great for travel. Been using them for several years.

I think you have a right to be hopeful. They have posted on the site that MNSSHP will run on select dates in November and since I don't think they would be running it farther into November. I would say the 1st is a likely choice.

I just got off the phone with a cast member and I was told that tickets will go on sale April 29th - NEXT THURSDAY!!!

She could not tell me all of the dates, but she did confirm that there will be a party on the 28th (my date). She was able to give me the tickets prices:

We're going twice also...We went once back in 2007 and we all had a great time and unbeknownst to each other, all wanted to go back for a 2nd time. After we got home, we all found out that going twice would have be great! So last year, my BF and I tried it twice and it was perfect...we did trick or treating withouth costumes the first night, then wore costumes and did character meet & greets on our 2nd night. It was fabulous!

I know. Orignally we planned on going September 24th, our last night at Disney. What a magical way to end the trip! Now the only night it's offered while we are there is on the Tuesday. I did manage to get our ADR at 1900 Park Fare earlier at 4:35pm. I've had to switch to the Animal Kingdom for that day.

Now I have to figure out my ADR's for the next day. We will have to go to Epcot. I have the Spirit of Aloha booked at 5:15pm, but I think I'll have to cancel that and do something else. The kids are going to be exhausted after walking around Epcot. Ugh!!

Do most of you guys get your tickets mailed to you or pick them up when you arrive? The will-call option doesn't list picking them up at your resort, so can you only pick them up at the theme park ticket windows?

I ended up doing will-call because that's the only option that came up on my order screen. I found a couple of old threads where people said they were able to pick them up from the lobby concierge. Hope that's still the case otherwise we'll probably pop over to the ticket window at the International Gateway since we'll be at BWI.

Will call is the only option showing up for me too, but there is a link for "other delivery options" that lists all of the other choices. Getting them mailed to you is another $5 though! Printing them at home is another new option listed, but my printer has been acting up, so not so sure I want to do that!

Edited to say that I did end up having to call to get my tickets mailed to be because will-call was all that I could choose.

my sentiments exactly! it took a couple of phone calls, some hold time and 3 CM telling me the computer system was slow, but i got my oct 11th tix. too many costumes, too little time to wear them all.

Bought my tickets for the 28th of October. Only option CM offered me was mailing the tickets. With tax and shipping... WOW... almost $200 for 3 tickets. I KNOW it's a fun party, but yikes! Wonder at what point Disney will price themselves out of having a "crowd" at these events. :confused3

I have a few dates over the week we'll be there that we can go to the party. I'd hate to buy tickets way ahead of time only to have it pour down rain on that day. I'd rather see what the weather will be like for that week & then pick a day to go. But not sure that's an option with advanced tickets & especially with DVC discounted tickets. Any info. would be appreciated. TIA.

That may be a little exaggeration, but I think you'd be ok. My only concern would be that I have heard the hard-ticketed events could sell out.

I just ordered our 9/14 MNSSHP tickets :cool1:....so excited about it I can hardly stand it. The girls have no idea that we are going (one DD doesn't even know about the trip while the other DD knows very little about the trip, trying to keep as much a secret as possible). I was able to do it online and chose to have them sent to our house (DH likes to have them in hand when we go) for $5 more. Now the next step is deciding whether or not to do APs this year or just do the 10 day non-expire ticket again.

I am pretty new to the board here. My family is going in October from the 23rd through Nov. 2nd at All Star Music. We are flying in from Oklahoma. It will be my tenth trip, my 2-yr-old's third and husband's second, and our whole extended family, mom, dad, brother and his wife and toddler, will be there. I am really looking forward to it as our last two trips were six-days whirlwinds! We are going the the MNSSHP on Halloween. Is anyone going to try to meet up at that? What are you guys wearing? I looked up video from that party and it's elbow to elbow so I am thinking about wearing something not too cumbersome. Who has been before? I've been to the Xmas Party in Dec. but never this event. The MNSSHP tickets are hard plastic (just like a KTTW card) but they have Disney characters on them. Ours have Mickey, Minnie and Pluto on them. They are so cute but I thought they'd have Halloween designs on them too.

Our ressie was orignally for 6:00pm (still have that one, I haven't cancelled it yet), but I thought since you can get into MK at 4:00pm with your MNSSHP the earlier our ADR the better right????

I think that you should have no problem with this time. You may want to get there at 4:15/4:30 and see if you can be sat a little early or right on time...

Yes, I believe she told me they have to present ID upon admission, otherwise they will charge you the difference so you end up paying full price.

I THINK we will be there the same night. I ordered tickets and when they got here they were for Nov. 1. Called and told them about the mistake on May 20 and still have not received my replacements. So So frustrating. I emailed them and they said processes on June 7 and takes 14 days to get them in the mail from date purchased. I think from May 20 till today is a few more days than 14.:confused3

Right now we are slated to attend the Oct 28th (Thurs) party, but we may go with the 29th (Fri) or Halloween (Sun). My plan is to wait until we arrive and purchase tickets there. I would hate to buy tickets for one night just to find out it had become a sold out event...
