Contemporary Concierge help needed

My friend is staying at the Contemporary concierge in 2 weeks. Can you tell me if they have water and soda bottles available during the day that you can take to the parks?

The 14th floor has them in a stocked in room refrigerator, the 12th floor has the water (2 bottles per day) in the room. :)

What about in the lounge area? Are drinks only out during the times when food is out?

Well, there are drinks out in the lounges, too (morning have juices & coffee, afternoon lemonaide & coffee/tea, etc). They are in containers and cups out.

Stayed at CR 11/01 in Concierge. Not worth the extra money, IMHO. First, I was not told there were two levels. Full and Light. If you are in Full, it may be fine. Unfortunately, we were in Light. And, Light it was. As CaliforniaDreaming said, you get two bottles in your room. That's it. If you ask the Concierge, they will tell you they can't get it for you. And you want reservations? All they do is pick up a phone and make a phone call, just like you can do yourself, from your room. They have NO extra pull. The snacks are out in the afternoon, but only for a couple of hours. If you don't time it right, you are S.O.L. We would leave first thing (like, 8:00 am, DS is an early riser) and there would be room service dishes in the hallway. Come back around 2:00 to rest up, and the SAME dishes would still be in the hallway! Sometimes, even in the evening!

I loved the resort itself, however. 24 hours before you leave, call the resort and request a park view room. It's what we had, and that WAS worth every penny!!!! But, the view was probably the same from the 11th floor, and a few dollars less!
