I am so frustrated!!!! We just checked out of the Fort yesterday after being there for a week. I was not able to get my e-mails until I got home, when I did there was an offer that they had sent us while we were camping stating that if we booked our next trip before we checked out, we would get 45% off the trip. I am so mad I did not get that email!!!!! I will make sure that don't happen again. :mad::headache::mad:

And today I got an e-mail saying they would send e-mails during our trip with special offers. Well, we don't have any way to check e-mails while we're there (no laptop) so I guess I'll be seeing them when I get home too. Seems they could send them now and just tell me to book them during my stay.

You might want to try contacting a manager at the reservation line. When they pull up your info, they will know that you are telling the truth about being at Disney when the e-mail came. Who knows, worth a try. They like to keep frequent visitors happy.:hmghost:

Maybe I will try and call them, just to find out. I was so mad when I received that after the fact. Sometimes I really wonder about them keeping frequent visitors happy, I really doubt it.
