citywalk......does this require admission, or is it ok to look around for restaurants

Is citywalk like downtown disney?? does it require admission to get in or can you look around and go to restaurants?? We may only buy a 1 day tix to see IOA and then go to citywalk, but do we need admission for this?? what exactly is this place??? Thanks

Citywalk is a group of restaurants and shops in between IOA and USF. You don't need to pay admission to browse the shops or eat at the restaurants. After 10 pm, however, some clubs charge a cover charge. For that, you either need to pay around $3-$4 a person to get in or use the Citywalk party pass (which comes with a 2 or 3 day pass normally).
