Hunter bit me!!!!

He got his foot stuck in a fence and couldn't get free. He was yelping in pain and I was trying to get him loose. Finally got him loose and he is perfectly fine but he got me good on my left wrist! I spent a good 2 hours waiting at emergency for a tetanus shot!

This is sort of a stupid question - but are you ok? Now I realize that you're in pain - but - did you have to have stitches or just the tetanus shot?

DH's dog bit me years and years ago, I had to have 3 stitches in the palm of my hand and the requisite tetanus shot.

Is Hunter contrite?

I'm okay, didn't need stitches. I was so concerned about getting his leg free that I never thought he would bite me, his mommy. Live and learn.:rolleyes: The funny part was when I went to ER, as soon as I told them my dog bit me they said they would have to call the police :rolleyes: , then a little while later I was filling out a form for the health department!:rolleyes: When the nurse called the PD I told her to just tell them it's Cindy in DB. They got a charge out of that! When the officer showed up he said no report was needed since it was my dog.
