Annual Premium Renewal Fl Dc Exch Guest.....not!

Well, I got my ANNUAL PREMIUM RENEWAL FL DC EXCH GUEST tickets in the mail today. The only problem is I don't live in Florida, they shouldn't be renewals, and they shouldn't be premium either....they did, however, get the DC right! :teeth:

Looks like I got a phone call to make Monday!:o

This happened to me once. I got the new gift AP's they offered a couple of years ago, they were the same price as renewals. They sent me renewal vouchers, which I didn't want because I wanted to start them with a new date. I had to send them back. Be sure to make copies before you send them (but call first to get it on record).

The exact same thing happened to us this week. We were expecting to receive the Annual Pass Vouchers (not renewals) but received the renewals instead. We had to call Disney Ticket Services, and we then had to send a letter and the vouchers back, and then from there we are to receive the regular AP vouchers.

Along with the vouchers we receive our itinerary (sp) for our Feb. trip - everything was wrong.

Everything was corrected and now we just await the AP vouchers!!

I just renewed today over the phone, and I was assured over and over that I would be getting a voucher and not a pass....Lets keep my fingers crossed.

Boy, did they goof! They even sent me Florida resident ones!:rolleyes:

Looks like a call Monday to clean up their mess!:(

The exact same thing happened to me a few months ago. Didn't it clue them in that it was wrong when they sent it to Texas, NOT Florida? Agravating, but it finally got fixed.
