Going to Disney in May!! who else is going???

My husband and i decided to book our trip for either May 1-3 or May 7-9. what do you think of those dates??? anyone else going at this time??I am so excited this will be my first time being at epcot when the flower and garden festival is going on.

We are going May 1-9th! I didn't know about the garden thing at Epcot though. That makes me nervous (crowds). We went the same week 2 years ago and found it to be a great week.....low crowds (which for us is really important), fabulous weather etc. Enjoy! :woohoo:

We're going the week of May 9th & staying at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge. It will be our 3 yr old's 1st trip & can't wait!!:yay::yay:

We've found that time of year to be good in terms of crowds & weather. We've been during the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival two previous trips & have not had issues with the crowds.

We LOVE Pop. We have stayed there twice in the last year. This will be my BIL/SIL and nephews first trip. We can not wait to show them our favorite place in the world! We actually let them choose where to stay, and where they had seen our pics, they picked Pop. I wanted to try a pirate room at CBR, but when we go back by ourselves we will do that. Trying to plan a last minute trip to WDW. Which week do you think will be least crowded. Week before Memorial Day weekend or the week after. The earliest in May we can go is May 20th so trying to figure out which week would be the least crowded. Want to go for about 10 days so not visiting the parks over the holiday weekend is an option. Would just use those days to hang around pool and relax.

When you are waiting 12 minutes for your ride and look back over your shoulder and notice all the unused turnstyles, you thank yourself for not coming during a peak time! May 8-15th, first time @ CSR and Little Man's (6 months old) first trip since being born. Was here while DW was Prego last year!

Latest we have gone was Memorial Day weekend, but that was when we were on our Honeymoon and being lovestruck blinded a lot of what I recall of that weekend. I would assume that it is busier than September. But no where as busy as peak times! Enjoy your trip!
